The whole journey feels like being cheated, the first time you fill out the information, you must designate the captain, not specify yet can not, because the designated captain an hour will be more than 50 dollars, then the captain will promote with us if you don't want to add an additional hour (100 dollars) can take us to see turtles, sea elephants .. waiting for marine animals, but even the fish didn't see, the worst thing is, there is no extra time at all, our time to Hong Kong is similar to our original time, it is really a bad experience
I would not have done this experience if I had to pick again, as described it was planned to go to the sandbar and snorkeling experience and it was none of that. The captain took us to a spot 10 min away from the dock and we swam for a bit. There was a floating mat. But that was it, the blue tooth speaker was malfunctioning and we arrived earlier than the expected 2 hour duration. They charged 849+100 for a captains fee to literally take us and a few girls in a boat ride to swim. Not worth it all. Call and confirm the experience before hand because this was an extreme waste of money. There are other Viator experiences that are less than this if you want to just go for a swim, I would not recommend look elsewhere if you want to do snorkeling. If not there was an option for a 4 hr experience which was a lot more money which I think could have included this but that was not clear at all when signing up.
My family loved the experience. We were confused on how the time range worked for the 2-4 hours and the captain graciously explained that we could do 2 hours but the pay for his time would remain the same. My family enjoyed it so much they ended up using most the of time anyways according to my brother. I personally got really sick and was unable to be apart. Captain Peter and others that were around made sure I could get off the yatch before take off. Much appreciated!
Nice time. Good boat. Friendly captain. I would definitely go again. I’ve said all I need to say. I don’t know why there’s a minimum character requirement.
Everything was great the boat was exactly like the photos beautiful me and my girls had a ball also Oscar was amazing definitely will come back thank you so much

Captain Marcus gave us a great day on the water! Would recommend! He had great stories and details on the area and fun facts on who owns what house. He took us to see all around Miami and was even able to bring us on a sandbar for swimming which was the groups ask. Moreover, he is friendly and made it fun for a big group of us. Finally, a wedding ring was left on the boat and he went above and beyond to find it, drive it to us, and didn't hesitate to make sure he went the extra mile. Really impressive, great guy, and you will have fun and be in good hands!
An amazing sunset cruise at New Year’s Eve with my family! Markus was our captain and kept us well informed of all the significant landmarks around us and also let my kids go for a little dip! Thankyou Markus for making it such a memorable experience

Moved us to a larger boat due to double booking. Would not offer refund, 2nd boat was older and not in great condition. Anchor did not work so we could not swim. AC did not work, captain was grumpy and cussed at a lady on jet ski for being in his way. Come to find out she was stranded and could not get the jet ski started. He did not offer to help her. I have never left a negative review but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with what we had to.
