well I waited and waited & the transfer company never showed up I chatted 2 days before with two agents because the phone number provided was a recording nobody answered. Viator charges $44 bucks one way ride to the airport in the end I had to take a taxi $15 I am trying to request the refund Viator is giving me the runaround. I suggest a taxi vs using this Company for transfers I am being scammed. The pick up time was set-up for 1pm I have record they claim it was for 2 pm then why was I not notified ? and why the transfer company provides phone number that does NOT work ?
The driver texted me way ahead of time about the pick up and came a few minutes early, which was appreciated. I needed to change the time of the pick up after I booked it and they were fairly easy to communicate with. My only recommendation would be to open open a dialogue via WhatsApp after the booking for easier communication. I booked a different company to pick us up from Cancun airport and take us to our hotel and that’s what they did and it was very good.
DO NOT BOOK!! I received a blank email the day of my booking (no info provided) and no one was answering the phone number I was given. I found out later that they had sent an unmarked white van, the driver was late and did not get out of the car to look for me. I waited 30 minutes past my pickup time by the door of my hotel before deciding to call an uber. I was denied a refund even though I had no way to know who my driver was or when they arrived. Much better to just use uber.
It was raining then the driver drove quickly, as a result we got into aquaplaning. The vehicle almost lost control.
Great service took us both to correct terminals and aways with a smile. Help us to ensure we where where we needed to be .
He arrived on time and the vehicle was clean. I would recommend to anyone who needs transportation to the airport in cancun.
