Upptäck den enkla metoden för att behärska den verkliga mexikanska smaken för alla dina hemlagade måltider. Vi delar precis hur du kan dominera mexikansk gastronomi (de mest klassiska mexikanska recepten, metoderna och köksredskapen) även om du inte är en professionell kock. Upplev den lokala marknaden med din kockguide och plocka upp några färska ingredienser medan du går igenom de olika matavdelningarna med sina olika örter, grönsaker, kött och skaldjur. Hitta piñataaffärer, tortillasfabrikat (från majsmjöl till bordsklar), keramik, kläder och några souvenirer. Under vår mexikanska matlagningslektion och lokalmarknad i Cancun kommer du att använda traditionella köksredskap som molcajete (stenmorter), komal (platt griddel) och lerkrukor och avsluta med att njuta av den 4-rätters middag du hjälpte till att skapa, åtföljd av drycker.

G, Jorge and Angel were amazing! This was a lot of fun for us! The food was great & we learned a lot. The market trip was a great, it was cool to see the fresh foods. They were very accommodating and the cooking process and restaurant was so clean. Definitely recommend doing!

I was very excited for this excursion, unfortunately I was never picked up. I tried contacting the tour company by call and text with no luck. I waiting in the lobby for an hour before giving up.
Sasha was over and above AMAZING!!! Here I thought I knew something about cooking he made everything over the top fantastic. What a great experience would definitely do again and will tell everyone to do this tour and cross your fingers you’ll get Sasha as your guide.
Great experience, highly recommend to go. Chef was very nice, talked about the produce and ways to select ripest ones. Went through some history of the food in the area. Making your own food was fun, highly recommend to anyone thinking about culinary interests.
