This was a wonderful guided tour of the town of Kilkenny. Our guide was a fantastic historian and took us through a 90 minute walk through town. We learned a lot and really enjoyed listening to him. This is well worth the time!
Wow! I think our guides name was ?Grace? She was amazing! Such a wealth of information! And she managed to keep all the stories interesting. We were so glad that we chose the guided tour!!

I was fortunate to be the only person to show up for my time slot so I got a private tour of the history of Kilkenny. James was a wonderful guide. It was a lovely educational walk around town. A definite must in Kilkenny.
John did our 1.5-hr. tour, and it was spectacular! We learned so much about the medieval past of Kilkenny, as well as good tips about it today. First witch in Europe was burned at the stake there! -And this was just one of John's detailed stories--the town's religious leaders, its merchants, society, the living and the dead--he knows it all: not a boring minute! The Museum itself is full of great artifacts. Don't miss this tour! It made an interesting town fascinating and fun.
We had a great tour of the medieval mile museum. It was a great way to learn about the deep history of Kilkenny, which is still being discovered! The museum is beautiful and the artifacts inside are so fascinating. We showed up late to our tour and were still accommodated with kindness and just as much effort as if we were on time!

I went on a guided tour with Joe and two other visitors, and had the most amazing time! I learnt lots about the history of the town, the medieval day to day life, and the individual streets and lanes. Price was extremely reasonable for the information I received! Joe answered all of my little nitpicky questions honestly and admitted what he didn’t know, which made the experience feel earnest and human!
