We had an AMAZING experience! My husband and I took the cooking class for our 25th anniversary and loved it. Our friends recommended it to us and we agree that it was a 10/10.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was the best we had the entire trip! The chef Georgios was amazing at giving tips and tricks you can use when you go home and the stories were fantastic. Paola was an exceptional host and made you feel at home. 10/10, fully recommend!

An amazing experience. You will so enjoy cooking with Chef George. Paula is a perfect host and their story is lovely. We loved every second of this and the food was beyond delicious. I recommend this for everyone whether you are experienced or just a once in a while cook.

It was a great experience in which you get an insight into popular Greek food. The chef was very knowledgeable and my dad reckons the Moussaka is the best dish he’s ever had however I think the Greek salad was the best.

Had an amazing time at the cooking class with Paula, George & Lisa. George is so knowledgeable and really good at making difficult meals achievable. Paula is a great host, we loved hearing the background of their lives. Lisa does so much behind the scenes work to help the class run smoothly and makes sure your wine glass is never empty! Highly recommend!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Our family attended the cooking class at Petra Kouzina today, and it was hands-down one of the highlights of our entire three-week trip to Greece. From the moment we arrived, we weren’t treated like customers—we were welcomed like old friends into their home. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine kindness shown by everyone made us feel immediately comfortable and part of the family. The experience itself was exceptional. We prepared an incredible variety of traditional Greek dishes together, learning not only recipes but also the history, techniques, ingredients, and culinary traditions and memories behind them. Every step of the process was explained with patience and enthusiasm, making it enjoyable for both experienced cooks like me and complete beginners like my kids. The food was simply outstanding. In fact, after nearly three weeks of traveling throughout Greece and eating at many wonderful restaurants, the meal we shared today was the best food we had on the entire trip. Every dish was fresh, authentic, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The wine flowed generously throughout the day, creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere filled with conversation, laughter, and new friendships. What impressed us most, however, was the incredible way they welcomed our young children. They were patient, engaging, encouraging, and made our kids feel just as included as the adults. Seeing our children participate, learn, and genuinely enjoy themselves made the experience even more special for our family. What they offer is much more than a cooking class. It is an authentic Greek experience centered around food, family, hospitality, and connection. By the end of the day, it felt less like a class and more like sharing a wonderful meal with friends. Thank you for opening your home and your hearts to us. We will remember this day long after our vacation ends, and it will remain one of our favorite memories from Greece. Highly, highly recommended.

This is our second time attending this cooking class and it only gets better. George is so knowledgeable, patient, and made each step easy to follow. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The recipes were delicious, and everything was well-organized. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their cooking skills!
