Denna upplevelse äger rum i en elegant studio i hjärtat av Rom, noggrant utvald och full av atmosfär. Här erbjuder Cantiere Gastronomico dig inte bara en matlagningslektion: den inbjuder dig att skapa en resa tillsammans gjord av autentiska gester, äkta smaker och gemensam passion. Tillsammans ska vi tillaga olika typer av färsk pasta och en klassisk tiramisu, genom att börja från grunden och följa stegen. Varje drag blir en möjlighet att berätta en historia, lära sig något nytt och skapa ett minne att ta med sig hem. Vårt projekt föddes med idén att växa tillsammans med våra gäster, och berikas av vårt teams kulinariska erfarenhet. För oss handlar matlagning om att bygga band, minnen och skönhet. Det är mer än en kurs: det är ett ögonblick att leva och berätta, tillsammans.

This was easily one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! The class was amazing, especially for the price. Two pastas that were delicious and the best tiramisu I’ve had in Rome. I went with my husband and it was the perfect date idea! It was just us and another couple so it was super intimate and fun every step of the way. If you’re looking for a cooking class in Rome, this is the one!
I had a great time learning to make fettuccine, ravioli, and tiramisu all from scratch. Seriously if you’re looking for a cooking class you can’t go wrong with this. In depth, quicker than most, and the most delicious food. Host is skilled and amazing to guide you!
Great activity, the foundation of Italy in my opinion, super well guided, we learn a lot about the ways of doing things, ways of doing things that we think we know but no!! this chef teaches you everything the Italian way and is very attentive from the main course to dessert, if you are visiting ROME go for it, eyes closed, really a must-do 👨🍳🇮🇹

A break from visiting the historical monuments of Rome for the duration of a cooking class. We appreciated the sharing with the chef who was top-notch and a plus, the class was in French Simple recipe that we will make again with pleasure. All the know-how of Italy in a single class. We enjoyed the tasting. I recommend it to you without hesitation.

Our family (niece 23 and son 5 years old) took this cooking class in Rome and we absolutely loved it. Highly recommend - our 5 year old stayed interested and engaged for the entire time! Also the food was excellent.
