Morgontur: 8:30 – 13:00/Eftermiddagstur: 14:30 – 19:00 med liten grupp för 1 klass. Ska uppleva en lokal färgstark marknad hur man hanterar de lokala säljarna och känner till alla ingredienser till måltiderna. Ta en paddelbåttur i en unik vietnamesisk bambukorgbåt nerför vattenvägarna i ett kokospalmparadis. Njut av en praktisk upplevelse av traditionellt nätfiske och "Purple Crabs" i kanalen. Välkomstdrink och gå med i matlagningskursen. Vår kock kommer att lära dig traditionella metoder för att laga 4 rätter av vietnamesisk mat. Efter lektionen njuter du av det du lagat och 4 tillagade tillbehör. Turnén slutar, reseguiden släpper av dig tillbaka till hotellet. 4 tillagade tillbehör såsom: morning glory, soppa, ångat ris & dessert Obs: Vi kan tillgodose vegetariska och kostbehov

So fun!!! The food was very delicious and everyone involved was super helpful and friendly :)
hai our guide and fabulous chef was sensational! The whole afternoon experience was wonderful. A true highlight of our trip. What’s more, we had to switch our reservations at the last minute and Hai and his team accommodated us without any trouble at all. The cooking class was genuine and fun. We cooked with truly authentic ingredients and enjoyed a delicious meal afterwards. Five stars for Hai and his cooking experience. Truly worth it !!

An absolutely wonderful experience. Beyond cooking we got to explore Hoi An! The food and lesson itself was amazing. We had five courses of delicious Vietnamese food. Hai Hai was an amazing chef and teacher!! Family business and a definite must in Hoi An!!
This was a fabulous experience! Starting with the trip the local market then to a local fishing village, and finishing with a wonderful cooking class … & meal! I will definitely be making these recipes at home and enjoy great memories of a wonderful day. Highly recommend this tour.
this was such an amazing experience!!! we had so much fun at the markets and on the coconut boats!! the cooking class itself was fantastic and the food was delicious, our host was lovely and added to the experience. i would highly recommend this to everyone!!
Really fun experience Hai was a great guide. The boat trip was a lot of fun and we loved the cooking class. Food was delicious and Hai sent the recipes so we can recreate at home. Recommend highly.
we had a fun day but also learnt a lot and the food we cooked was delicious. would recommend. we had two 21 year old and a 16 yr we all enjoyed it. we were also given the recipes to try at home. great value for money
