Denna matlagningskurs från jord till bord är en praktisk upplevelse. Allt beroende på säsong kommer vi att samla det som finns tillgängligt på vår gård. Vi kommer att visa dig och förklara alla växter och träd vi har. Du kommer att lära dig om gammal costaricansk kultur och matlagningstekniker. Maten kommer att lagas i ett öppet vedeldad kök.

Fantastic, hands-on experience. Chef was very fun and helpful. Overall amazing experience, would recommend to all.
This was a fun and delicious night. We learned a lot about the organic farming before everyone was involved in some aspect of preparing a dinner. The dinner adapted to gf, df, and vegetarian diets. This was a family favorite for us.
Amazing meal and such a fun night helping to cook a meal and eat together. Thank you Andres for your information and delicious meal. For some culture and food, you won't be disappointed

We had an amazing time. The instructor was so nice and funny. We learned a lot and enjoyed our time. 10/10 he even told us about some local places !
My son likes to cook so this was a great bonding experience for us. We enjoyed walking around the small farm area before cooking. We all contributed to making ceviche with plantains, rice with chicken and empanadas. We left full and happy. If you’re staying in downtown La Fortuna this one was within walking distance to get to.
Andres was an amazing guide for our cooking tour! He was funny, cooked good food, and had a lot of neat things to share! Would recommend for those wanting a simple Costa Rican meal! The tour was supposed to be only 2 hours and he gave us 3 super fun interactive hours. He took into account allergies as well which was important to us! Would recommend. Pura Vida!
