LÅNGPASTA och TIRAMISU: måndag - onsdag - fredag MÖRPASTA och TIRAMISU: Tisdag - Torsdag - Lördag Genom den här kursen kommer vi att introducera dig till den hemlagade pastans värld. Hos oss lär du dig den urgamla konsten att baka deg och de viktigaste traditionella tillagningarna, från spaghetti till mördegspasta. Du kommer att lära dig att laga tidlösa traditionella recept. Vi lär dig hur man kavlar ut pasta med en handhållen pastamaskin för exceptionella resultat. Vi avslöjar också hemligheterna bakom en perfekt pastarätt med sås. Vi avslutar kursen med en hemlagad italiensk klassiker: Tiramisu. Tillsammans ska vi göra krämerna och montera ihop desserten från grunden. Det du gör med dina egna händer under kursen kan du smaka av med typiska viner från omgivningarna, såsom Bardolino Classico och Chiaretto. Kom in i vårt hem, andas in atmosfären av italiensk mat och ta det med dig hem för att imponera på dina gäster!

Was great fun! They were so helpful and it was really interesting
The cooking class experience was amazing! A highlight of our trip! I took my son for his birthday gift as he would love to be a chef when older and Ivan and Sylvia were the best hosts so helpful and kind! We learnt alot about pasta wine and Italy great experience all round will definitely visit again when next in Italy with family! Thank you!

My family and I attended this cooking class while on holiday in Lazise, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. The staff were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and full of humour, creating such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. They made everyone feel comfortable and confident, taking the time to help each person individually whenever needed. I would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting the area, even if you wouldn’t normally consider taking a cooking class. It’s a fun, memorable experience and well worth doing.
I did a cooking course with my family ( wife and three children - 5, 7 and 8) and we all loved it! Our hosts were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to help our children with cooking. They were also extremely knowledgeable about Italian food and the local area and provided lots of recommendations. I would recommend this highly to anyone with an interest in cooking and looking for an activity to do in Lake Garda.

If you are considering booking this cooking class, do not hesitate for a second! We did the pasta and tiramisu making experience with our kids, and it was hands-down the best thing we did during our entire Italian vacation. From the moment we arrived, the instructors were absolutely incredible. They were incredibly warm, patient, and full of joyful energy. They made sure the kids were fully engaged, hands-on, and having a blast the entire time. Not only did we learn the secrets to making authentic, delicious pasta and the most amazing tiramisu, but we also laughed from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food we made was delicious, and the memories we created as a family are priceless. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts for such an unforgettable day. We cannot recommend this experience highly enough!
This was such a fun class to attend with my 12 year old. We were expertly guided by Ivan and we enjoyed eating what we made at the end. Plenty dessert take home too! 😄
