Our family of 8 enjoyed the bread and tea program at Blue Door Cuisine at the Hasan1 location. There is no better way for people and cultures from around the world to share, get to know each other and learn about each other than to share tea and bake bread. It was a delightful experience. The three women were welcoming, friendly and outgoing. They shared more than the variety of tea preparation and making bread. They shared cultural meanings as well as their personal stories. We came away with a feeling of caring on the inside and a glow of warmth all over.

We were delighted by the openness, friendliness, and attentiveness with which Samia, Asmae, Nadia, and Said guided us and treated us. We would book another cooking class with them anytime. IWe will remain it as an unforgettable experience!

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was wonderful. We made traditional bread, and they also showed us how make traditional tea with mint and spices. They shared their daily lives and traditions with us. The food served to accompany the bread was diverse and delicious.

We had an amazing experience last week at Blue Door! Fatima, lina, Nouhaila and the girls were all super great and they were really the added value to the experience. Cooking Moroccan dishes in an amazing environment and atmosphere made it all so special. We enjoyed making the bread and then sipping tea and chatting, then cooking and entertaining ourselves in very nice conversations with the staff while waiting for the tajines to cook. I guess we were pretty good cause the food was delicious! We dearly recommend the experience, they are really the best!!

Booked whilst on a cruise, was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we entered the building we made extremely welcome, tea was served and the class was explained. The instructions were very clear and assistance was available at all times. We completed cooking a proper chicken tangine accompanied by traditional bread. Of course we then sat to eat. Very pleasant way to spend a few hours

We had so much fun and GREAT food! The recipes were very easy to follow. The staff was so fun to interact with! I would highly recommend this tour!

The Blu Door cooking experience was much more than a cooking class. the food was authentic, local, and really tasty. It was a great experience to cook with a tagine and the local Gues3a mixing and serving bowls. While the food was excellent, what set the apart was the time with the staff, Nouhaila Naila Doha and Nadia, while the meal cooked. First we experienced a Moroccan Tea typically served to guests. The staff provided a great background to the significance of the tea in Moroccan culture and the significance of each ingredient. The staff was also very open to discussions about their lifestyle, work, and home life that really made us feel like we gained an understanding of the culture in an honest, in person way. Overall the best experience we had during a 12 day cruise with 7 different port stops.

Not only the tea making an bread making was good. The talking with the ladies en kearning mores about their way of living was so interesting !

This is a unique cooking experience! It is always so nice to be invited into someone’s home. Our lovely instructors were so engaging & welcoming;sharing things about their culture as well as asking about ours. Food was fantastic! I highly recommend this cooking experience.

What an amazing time! I came with a group from our Semester-at-Sea voyage (on land in Morocco for several days). Our group consensus was:The MOST FUN field program we’ve had! Tangier itself was truly beautiful, and this experience was such a highlight! The women who gave us the cooking lessons and shared cultural understanding with us were fantastic— warm, funny, friendly, open and welcoming !
