Materuni är en av de få underbyarna i norra Tanzania som sitter vid foten av berget Kilimanjaro. Byn är välsignad med full av all skönhet som är värd mycket att besöka för semestrar, helger eller semester. Medan du är i byn är en fantastisk utsikt över Moshi Town och Kilimanjaro-berget förvånande. Denna gröna by med frisk luft från grön vegetation välkomnar besökare att utforska landets skönhet och kulturarv från Chagga-folket. Vattenfallsbesök och kulturupplevelse som bananöl bryggt eller kaffe rostat på ett traditionellt sätt kan läggas till din resa. Du är välkommen att njuta av den vackra naturen hos chagga människor.

Vår chaufför / guide hämtar dig på morgonen efter frukosten från ditt hotell och går direkt till byn Materuni där vi möter vår lokala guide och gör registrering hos lokala kontorsmyndigheter. Vår chaufför / guide och lokal guide tar dig till Materuni vattenfall och det är en 45 minuters promenad och lätt vandring till vattenfallen, på väg till Materuni vattenfall möter du många växter som kaffeträd, banan, etc. Vår lokala guider kommer att förklara för dig alla växter och historien om byn Materuni och vattenfall. Du kan också ha en bra utsikt över Moshi-staden, Kilimanjaro-berget och Meru-berget från toppen av byn. Efter att ha gjort med resan till vattenfallen äter du din lunch (två alternativ för lunch, en är lunchlådor som är curry från stan eller varm lunch tillagad av lokal kock i byn) följt av en kaffeturklass, där du lär dig det lokala sättet att bearbeta kaffe från gård till kopp kaffe. Efter kaffekurs kommer du tillbaka till ditt hotell i Moshi stad. Detta markerar slutet på våra Materuni-vattenfall och en dagstur för kaffetur.

The experience was fantastic! The waterfall was beautiful and we loved the swim in the water. The coffee tour was a super fun experience with high octane energy and the coffee tasted fantastic. The guides Aman and Octavian were so kind and went out of their way to be welcoming, while generously shared their experiences growing up in the area. We booked this trip on Viator and Incredible Africa Adventures did the best for us, we hiked to Materuni waterfalls and we had a beautiful local coffee tour. Our guide was just one of a kind, an excellent communicator in both English and Swahili, knowledgeable and friendly. The place has beautiful scenery and an amazing landscape where you can view Moshi town from above. This is one of the activity you can do with Incredible Africa Adventures when in Moshi.
A one day tour to Materuni waterfalls and coffee tour left us with the most incredible experience. We were a group of five - one of us with challenged with disabilities. Incredible Africa Adventures really made our day with their friendly service, their knowledge, warm and including attitude. The food was excellent and their guides and driver where on time.
