Mat och Vinparing Middag på Karnas Vingårdar Bodrum

Beskrivning

Very charming place with decoration of very good taste. Lunch was excellent accompanied by good wines. It was the finest and delicate pasta I've ever eaten.
A most peaceful environment. Vineyards tended with care. And a magician in the kitchen. Asli Mutlu converts local produce into traditional recipes but with her own light hand and personal secrets. Food made with love that lift your spirit. Bravo!
The tasting was really super nice! The property in the mountains is a bit secluded and very impressive. The staff are very friendly. The food is excellent and received a star in 2025.
The place, the food the wine pairing everything was amazing. We celebrated my fiancé birthday and it was everything! The staff are very nice, we’re definitely coming back again
Visited in November which is “off season” in bodrum but i believe its the best time … lesser tourists and lesser crowds … We were the only visitors that day, making it feel even more special. The staff was incredibly warm, and the setting felt surreal. I savored house-made bread with olive oil, handmade pasta, and fresh grape juice with soda —simple yet perfect. But the highlight? Tomris, the sweetest cat, who made herself right at home with us. Everything just felt right. I was fully present, genuinely happy. Karnas Vineyard wasn’t just a visit; it was a feeling. A memory I’ll cherish forever. One of the best vineyard experiences in bodrum.
I truly enjoyed the winery. The staff was very knowledgeable about the wines and how to pair them. We walked out with several bottles!
It was great! Not many people but that was so nice. Almost like a private experience. Loved the pets… dog, cat, ducks! Food was amazing! The staff we so friendly and it all went so nicely. Grounds are beautiful. We went at night but I think during the day might be nicer as there is much to see. Extra wine was pricey so probably wouldn’t recommend that.
We were picked up from our hotel and brought to this amazing vineyard... The studying views of the sunset, amazing food and wine pairing along with GREAT hospitality made our experience top notch!!! Thanks so much for The memorable experience.... We also brought home with us a bottle of syrah and olive oil🍷🕊️
Fabulous evening. The location was perfect for sunset at 6.45. the staff were so friendly and nice. We didn't have high expectations for the wine and food however were completely blown away. Far and away our best meal on our holiday. The chef used local ingredients and we throught the flavours were tasty and fresh. The tour of the wine cellar with stories of the owners passion to reintroduce wine to the region where there was wine for thousands of year up until the last century. The wine was beyond our expectations and completely agree that there is memory in the soil. Olive oil and homemade ice cream too. Thoroughly recommend, you will not be disappointed.
This was a fantastic experience! They arranged pick up for us. We drove to their beautiful location. Took a brief wine tour, no pressure to buy wine though. And after ate a lovely dinner which they worked to meet my pescatarian needs. The wines were varied and paired with the food we ate. Would recommend to anyone!
