Excellent tour and Eva was a perfect guide. She was friendly and knowledgeable and kept us safe! It was the best way to see Marseille. A few steep hills and you maneuver around pedestrians and cars I wouldn’t recommend to people who are not comfortable on a bike. Otherwise it was amazing!

This was really fun, but also quite terrifying. We were led through busy traffic, in between cars and curbs, crowds of people. I am pretty adept at riding a bike, but we had a novice bike rider with us. We asked to be taken to get a bite to eat with souvenir shops nearby. We were guided to a dive place to eat. Our mojitos tasted very watery and I found a piece of lint or hair in my cheesecake! The souvenir shops were not what we wanted. We saw better shops on the ride back.

Louis was a fantastic guide! He took the tour at our pace, which was great. He took us to numerous overlooks and locations in Marseille, including a basilica, historic sites, a biscuit company and a soap shop. We then stopped for a drink at a neat little bar by the water. The bikes were easy to use and the Fada bike company in Marseille is really cool. Emmanuel picked us up right at the cruise ship terminal.

The E Bike tour with cruise port pickup was one of the highlights of our 7 day cruise. Eva was our guide and she was funny, insightful, and accommodating. The pickup from the port was as good you can expect with a non cruise itinerary. A short walk from the cruise and the driver was there it also included a ride back to the ship. This was one of the reason we selected this since tour. Some tours meeting points can be 20 min - 30 mins away from the port and we didn't want to have to deal with a taxi and logistics for that. The tour! The tour was beautiful and amazing. However, if you haven't biked in a while it will be some Scary moments. Keep in mind you will be biking up and down hills and through traffic. The bikes are not the E Bike you may be use to that has a throttle were you can spead up the bike without peddling. It's peddle assist and the electric power only kicks in when you paddle. This helps, but you will have to peddle and some points it can be a challenge. Nothing to bad, but just keep this in mind. Overall a nice experience especially if you are informed with some of the tips mentioned.

Great way to see the city, but it is challenging navigating the roads, hills, and traffic. Some roads had designated bike lanes, but others did not. Unfortunately it was very windy making the ride difficult. Our guide often was very far ahead of us (group of 4). We seemed to go down side streets and therefore missed some of the beautiful scenery. Also it should have been timed so that after that crazy trek to the top to the bascillica, we could go in. It had only certain times to enter. Really wanted to see it. When we returned to the shop we were told the shuttle to take us back wouldn't be available for 2 hours. They did get us an Uber to take us back to the port.

Locals know how to navigate around bike riders. Guides are friendly. Easy pick up from the cruise terminal.

Tour was cancelled due to rain. Which was too bad b/c we were waiting at the pick up zone. Would have been nice if we’d been informed earlier.

This was the best way to experience Marseille. It felt as if we visited a friend who invited us to stay and she showed us the city. The private tour is so intimate and so worth it.
