Hammam null The two women who took care of us a real carnage At low c a quiet moment resting, not for us they came running to hide themselves between bailed the door looked at in hiding in the corridor they went out leaving the door open, a real mill it went in it went out, not sweet for the care Super massage On the other hand the royal massage, two discreet and nice girls And finally at the exit we force you to write on a notebook your comment

Yassine picked us up straight from the airport to go to the spa. We had told the company we were coming for our honeymoon and were gifted a beautiful bunch of flowers on arrival. As we had arrived early, Yassine took us on a tour of marrakech, pointing out all the wonderful sites. The hammam and massage were amazing, and the staff so friendly and attentive. Yassine picked us up again after and took us to our riad. He is the nicest man and the communication for our pick up was fantastic! Thank you so much for making our honeymoon so special!!

We had a great experience with our driver Abdelhalk Hadek who took ups to the spa and back,spa was lovely great patient staff.We would definitely recommend him to anyone, he is fluent in English, he gave us information about Morocco, market place and different places what to look for .He is very good at his job. We give him an extra star on top of 5 🌟. Keep up the good work.

Bad facility, we had warned to be late due to another event done early in the morning, the massage was for 11:00 in the morning and they told us that there was no problem, we arrived at the "taxi" appointment at 10:55, we offered to go at our expense with a taxi, but they replied that they had already resold the package and still did not want to refund us. The package had been purchased through GetYourGuide and they told us that the property does not want to refund us.

We agreed together that your pickup would be at 10:30. Our driver arrived at the agreed pickup location on time, but unfortunately you were not there, which is considered a no-show. Please note that we follow all rules and procedures to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, and we strive to provide excellent service while adhering to the terms of bookings. We regret that this situation did not meet your expectations and appreciate your understanding.
A few hours in the hammam with massage. Very relaxing but very different from the classic Italian Spa. Very particular. Thanks to Abdel Karim's pick up, very kind and super punctual. He rode very well and we will definitely choose him with driver.

We thought we booked a reservation at Heritage spa, which is within four minutes of our hotel. They informed us that we were going to go to some spa that we had never heard of and had not been recommended. They refused to refund our reservation funds, and when we decided not to go to some spa, we had never heard of. They put us down as a no-show.
