Marrakech Palmeraie: Camel Ride at Sunset

My second time doing this experience. Loved it a lengthy camel ride a lot better than many other experiences which are substantially shorter. Well cared for camels. Would recommend to anyone got to see the sunset this time with loads of great photos :)

This is no reflection on the camel ride operators, but the tour operators STE TRANSFERS, who never bothered to even collect us. Leaving us waiting at the hotel despite us having confirmation of pickup, no calls or texts to say there were any issues. After waiting around for 45 mins we were left very disappointed after our hotel contacted them to discover that they were saying they didn’t even have a booking for us. This left my young daughter very upset as she was very excited about it and ruined our evening. After contacting Viator we were disappointed again to learn that the operators weren’t even willing to refund us which is ridiculous since they claimed we didn’t have a booking but they were happy to take our money so Viator said they would extend a refund to us on this occasion for the disappointment. We since booked via getyourguide using another operator and had a great time but I would avoid this operator in future as they seem very unprofessional, unresponsive and unreasonable.

Really enjoyable! Staff were friendly. Very organised. Tour guide sang though out which kept spirits high!

It was a wonderful experience! The organization was impeccable: very punctual with the schedules, very kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They welcomed us by offering traditional clothing to take beautiful photos, a detail that we greatly appreciated. The camels appeared well cared for, calm, and treated with respect in their environment. The walk was exciting, and the duration of one hour allows you to fully enjoy the experience, being in contact with these splendid animals, admiring the landscape at sunset, and taking many photos. Our guide was really nice and helpful: she took several photos of me and my companion, both individually and together; she even made a video for us and gifted us a beautiful handcrafted item. At the end of the walk, they offered us a delicious mint tea, a very appreciated gesture that perfectly concluded the experience. I recommend this experience without any doubt. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my first camel ride so special and unforgettable!

Amazing experience in the desert with the best hosts. Worth every penny. Smooth collection from the hotel, well looked after camels who you can see are loved. Would definitely recommend 👌

TO ESCAPE!!!! A disaster impossible to do the activity because the person did not pick us up at the Inn, call the agency with a local. They say they are passing when they are not
