I had left a great positive review at the request of the driver, Ilyes. However, subsequently, this young man completely disappointed me. He had offered to take me to the airport at 6 a.m. for 100 dirhams, which I had accepted; all of this was agreed upon the day before, so there is no excuse for forgetting. Once I left a good review at his request, he blocked my number and never showed up at the appointment time. I find this truly deplorable, especially since it was a trip to get to the airport and not just a simple ride. Fortunately, my hotel staff was more than exceptional; in a few seconds, they found a solution for me so that I could arrive at the airport on time. To conclude, I advise you not to trust Ilyes, because he did not prove to be reliable. Regarding the hammam, the service that was advertised to me and that I paid for included a 1-hour massage. However, I only had 30 minutes of massage and I was also not given the tea that was included. In conclusion, a very bad experience. I sincerely regret leaving a positive review at the request of the driver Ilyes, because my subsequent experience absolutely does not correspond to the image I initially had of this establishment.

Cependant, nous contestons le fait que le chauffeur aurait volontairement bloqué votre numéro après vous avoir demandé de laisser un avis positif. Nous n’avons jamais pour objectif de demander un avis en échange d’un service, et nous prenons ce type d’accusation très au sérieux. Concernant le hammam et le massage, notre prestation prévoit bien les services indiqués dans la réservation. Si vous estimez que la durée du massage n’a pas été respectée ou que le thé n’a pas été servi, nous aurions apprécié que vous nous contactiez immédiatement afin que nous puissions vérifier la situation avec l’établissement et trouver une solution sur place. Nous tenons également à préciser que nous faisons toujours notre possible pour assurer un service sérieux, ponctuel et respectueux envers nos clients. Nous sommes donc désolés que votre expérience ait été négative, mais nous ne pouvons pas laisser entendre que ces faits reflètent volontairement notre manière habituelle de travailler. Very good experience. The transfer from the accommodation to the hammam worked great. I had a very nice, young driver. The treatment itself was balm for the soul.

A highly recommended experience, they provide disposable swimwear, flip-flops, and a towel there. We will definitely repeat it.

This has been such a lovely experience, the transport was so convenient and driver was friendly and made effort to pick up in easiest place for me. Hammam experience was wonderful, i felt so relaxed and taken care of, the ladies carrying out the treatments were thorough, intentional, and really took their time and patience. Definitely would recommend, and I'll be going back with friends in the future

The best hammam experience I’ve ever had. We was looked after all through-out, everyone was so friendly. Our driver, Ilyas was wonderful, picked us up from our riad and then dropped us off straight after. Highly recommend this experience!

We were well looked after from start to finish, and the hammam and massage were amazing. A special thank you to our driver, Ilyas, for his kindness and professionalism. He picked us up from our riad and dropped us back, making everything so easy. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Marrakech. Five stars!
