Never showed up to collect us and were uncontactable despite phoning and messaging i booked weeks in advance so plenty of time to re arrage if not going ahead
The excursion started with delayed pickup. Meeting point collection point took another 30 minutes until departure. Had booked the trip in German. The tour guide couldn't even say good morning in German. His German was very bad. He looked after 2 coaches. His phone rang permanently. We Germans got little information. Just in brief. The outbound journey was a disaster. At 10:30 a.m. a break of 20 minutes was called. It turned into an hour. Suddenly we had two additional guests. And the tour guide left the bus. The journey continued at a speed of 70 km on an empty highway. 12:45 p.m. we were at the mosque. Fast check-in and no admission. Running through the medina. Without explanation. First stop at the argan oil. Afterwards, the large square was briefly explained. Then we should go to a restaurant, which a lot of people didn't want. Meeting point was 5pm departure.Tour guide postponed it to 5:30pm. Everybody was mad. On to the bus . There we waited another hour for a missing person. 9:15 p.m., we got into a traffic stop. Our driver didn't have valid papers. There was a lot of shouting from the tour guide and driver. After 45 minutes we were finally allowed to continue. Without any explanation from the tour guide. 10pm we were completely finished and hungry in the hotel. Unfortunately, there was no dinner for us anymore as the time was over. We were very, very disappointed with that day. The entire bus was angry. Unfortunately not recommended. We were so looking forward to Marrakech. Unfortunately.

Activity was canceled 10 minutes before pick ,,no reason but was offered quad biking instead which I took wasn't that good the guide was ok though nice guy

Our drivers and guides were excellent. There was a group of 20 of us and we felt safe and well looked after. They helped us haggle in the market as it was our first time to Morocco. Just one word sums our experience up. Amazing

The only good thing about today's trip was the coach, the guide just showed us a mosque then we just went through ally ways, and then went to a cosmetic shop spent hours there then to a restaurant which had the most terrible customer service. It was a waste of money please find a better agadir tour.

Pls not that you booked transfer airport with us not Marrakech day trip and i informed you that viator plateform worked with déférence local compnais ( you booked transfer airport with us and Marrakech day trip with athers company and athers trip with athers companis so not thé some local compnais)
unable to leave 0 stars, tour operator never contacted us and never arrived for the trip leaving us waiting for 90 minutes. Still no contact after numerous people tried to phone. only plus side is there was no problem with refund but unless you are prepared to be let down at the last minute and ruin your holiday then please avoid this company

Thanking Akram, our guide for an amazing day. Marrakech is an amazing city. The Souk is unbelievable. The amount of different little shops in little alleyways. We watched craftsmen making there wears, leatherwork and jewellery making and the smells were exotic. Spices and herbs galore. Anything you wanted to buy was there. There were snake charmers in the square. We loved it

It was overall a good day. The tour guide was very knowledgable, he gave us plenty of information about Morocco, its culture, the berbers, etc. The mini bus was a big disappointment, no AC, seats were unconfortable and there were 21 of us all crammed together. It certainly didnt meet the expectations. Also, the tour says that three attractions are included. Two of them are open for public (a square and the centre of town so no inclussion there) and the other (Koutoubia mosque) is closed for public so no entrance there. I think it was a good value for money but certainly could be better.

We experienced a wonderful day trip from Agadir to Marrakech with our guide Rachid Tita. Rachid has created us a completely individual day trip according to our wishes. All tour in Marrakech was great! The restaurant suggested was excelent and very cheap. The guide was always very polite, attenctive, and available.
