Marrakech flygplatstransfer (privat resa)

This transfer was cancelled the same day it was booked. It was booked in error and it was cancelled with a chat agent

This was booked with Viator a week before travel. Had no communication from the taxi company. ( usually with airport pick ups we get messages from the provider prior and on the day.) We arrived. No one there with a board with our name on. No message from provider saying where they were waiting. Tried to ring provider- number not available. Messaged provider- never replied. Waited 30 mins then had to pay for a regular taxi..

Absolutely amazing and seamless transfer

We coordinated a great location from my riad! Driver was on time and got me to the airport swiftly..

no communication before hand, didn’t respond to request for details and didn’t even show up. we had to arrange for local transportation after we waited at the airport for them. Horrible service.

It was an easy process. They were waiting and helped with luggage. Got us to the hotel very quickly.

This was a really bad experience. I booked transportation for myself and for my daughter, who was arriving on a later flight. In neither case was the person there the provide the service. I paid twice for a service I did not receive. I tried to contact you through the app, but I never received a response

Perfect airport transfer in Marrakech. The driver was very friendly, punctual, and easy to find upon arrival. Everything was well organized and clearly confirmed in advance via WhatsApp, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Once we met up with Salim our driver, we had a good journey to the hotel. Salim was polite and friendly, his English was good. All round very satisfied.
