Great service, professional driver, good communication made my transfer to the airport easy and comfortable
It might not be the fault of the driver directly, viator, you may be the one to take this blame. I think you need to speak with your partner drivers because they cancelled last minute without any reason stated and without any prior notice until I got to the airport in Marrakech. You need to do better.
Very friendly driver, was about 30 minutes early and took us exactly where we needed. Would recommend
Cheap n cheerful. Does what it says on the tin. Driver met us with a name board. Drove us as close to location as possible.
On time, clean large vehicle, pleasant conversation in English. Brought bags to airport door from parking lot.
Overall experience was very good but wanted to pass along one watch area for other travelers. Communication was excellent, driver was waiting for us at the airport and van was comfortable. Driver was friendly and drove us to our hotel in the medina (city center). After he dropped us off, things got shady. The driver spoke to a man who loaded our luggage on a cart and walked with us to our hotel (which was roughly 25 yards off the street). Once we got to the hotel, the man demanded 10 euro but we didnt have any cash so i offered him USD ($5) for his ‘services’. He got angry so i asked a hotel staff member to help. Not a great first impression of Morocco
Prompt and reliable, good vehicle, always very polite, communication via WhatsApp. Also use for any transport or excursions during your stay.
Everything went very well, good exchange with the provider upstream via WhatsApp. Welcoming of the driver on site.
