Beautiful experience,...
Great experience, picked up directly at the hotel by a more than friendly driver! Followed by a breathtaking balloon flight and a much warmer welcome. The best of our holidays 🥰 Thank you for everything

Incredible ballooning and camel riding experience
I couldn’t leave this review on GetYourGuide, so I put it here! We loved ballooning and camel riding. The guys who took pictures and filmed during the ride were really great, a big thank you to them. Yassin, our driver, is amazing — he knows exactly how to take care of people and makes everything super nice. If you want comfort and a warm welcome, go with your eyes closed, these people really know what they are doing for adventures!

I had excellent service...
I had excellent service after the driver wasn’t aware that I was supposed to go to camel ride after hot air ballooing. I got a new private driver immediately, and he took me to a camel farm. And after that I got some extra: a perfect ATV ride to have a berber breakfast where I felt warmly welcome.

10/10 experience. Yassine was the most amazing bus driver/dj and really got the energy going before your balloon flight. The pilot and crew at the hot air balloon were all extremely friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious and not too filling for the ATV riding. The team for ATV/camel riding were also very helpful and answered all our questions. Shout out to Brahim for taking amazing photos and being a great instructor. Shukran!!❤️

Wow a dance with the wind in hot air balloon
Pick up very close to the hotel, by very professional private driver speaking more French in beautiful air-conditioned car, tea and coffee offered on arrival, followed by a magnificent hour of flight at sunrise with pilot of French balloon, atypical experience of quality quiet in the sky surrounded by many colorful balloons, followed by a full breakfast in a lounge. Return to the hotel in the same conditions. I recommend with my eyes closed and Thank you, see you soon for a new dance with the wind!!!

No Show and no warning
Company was a no show, early start waiting past the collection time. I had to call to get information. No email to advise or offer of re-scheduling. I had to prompt refund via tripadvisor, which was the only positive note, as trip advisor handled my request quickly and fully refunded that day.

Great guy with a great ride!
Yassine was very friendly and helpful with a very comfortable ride and great music. Would love to travel with him again.
