Gå med i vår matlagningskurs och ha det kul medan du lär dig att laga mat. Det är inte vilken klass som helst – du spenderar 4 timmar med oss, antingen på morgonen klockan 10:30 eller på kvällen klockan 17:30, i vårt välutrustade kök i Marrakech. Du kommer att bli ett matlagningsproffs med vägledning från våra lokala kockar. Innan vi börjar laga mat går vi till en lokal marknad tillsammans för att ta de färskaste grönsakerna och ingredienserna som finns (endast en session kl. 10.30). Dags att kavla upp ärmarna och börja laga mat! Vi visar dig hur du skalar, hackar och kryddar rätter precis som marockanska kockar. Medan vi lagar mat pratar vi om marockansk kultur och historia och lägger till något speciellt till upplevelsen. Men här är den roliga delen: du lär dig inte bara en maträtt – du kommer att göra olika rätter med alla kryddorna. Det bästa - du får smaka på det du har gjort, om du är sugen på att lära dig, laga mat och ha en fantastisk tid är vår matlagningskurs i Marrakech platsen att vara på! My friends and I had the best time during this cooking class. Cookie, Saida, and their colleague were so welcoming and helpful. From start to finish, everything felt authentic, especially the market visit, which was such a unique experience and unlike anything we've ever done as part of a cooking class. After eating tagine all week in Morocco, we can honestly say that the tagine we cooked during the class was by far the best we had. We loved it so much that we bought spices to recreate the recipes at home. We couldn't recommend this experience more!
We really enjoyed this cooking class! We learned a lot of new things and recepies. The women were so nice and explained everything very well! Their english is very good! The food was super tasty! We made 8 things in total, with enough vegatarion options since only one dish was with chicken. Because we had the class in the evening we didn’t go to the market. And since no one else booked this day we had a private lesson. Which was also so nice because we got full attention while cooking.
Very nice workshop and delicious dishes made! Very nice cooking studio and everything was extremely well taken care of. Our 2 hostesses taught us a lot about Moroccan cuisine, it was a party to experience, very rewarding !!
This was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco! We attended the cooking class with our toddler, and the experience could not have been better. Cookie was incredibly accommodating, patient, and kind, making our daughter feel welcome and included throughout the entire class. She was not only warm and sweet but also extremely knowledgeable, sharing insights into Moroccan cooking. The class was hands-on, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Morocco, especially families traveling with young children.

From start to finish; an outstanding experience! We shopped in a local market, returned to our kitchen to prepare a traditional meal and then enjoyed the fruits of our labor. The food was delicious and our hosts made us feel so comfortable. While we prepared our tagines, salads and dessert we chatted with our main hostess, Kaoutar, about life in Marrakech and learned about her culture and traditions. Our experience ended with a beautiful family style meal with our group. It was EVERYTHING we were hoping for and more! Kaoutar was so knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. We would go back again in a heartbeat.
If you are looking for a cooking class in Marrakesh, this is the one to book. After a week of traveling through Morocco, the meal we made at Flavors of Marrakech was hands-down the best meal we’ve had in the country or cooking class in any country. The entire experience was well-organized from start to finish. It began with a trip to the local market to pick up fresh ingredients. Back at the kitchen, the timing was perfectly paced. They served us tea while the staff did a meticulous job washing and preparing the market ingredients, and then we all got involved in the hands-on prep. The workflow was engaging and moved seamlessly from one thing to another, so everything was ready to feast on right on time. We made a fantastic spread: chicken tagine, vegetable tagine, their wonderful cooked salads, and we even learned how to make the traditional almond desserts we've been seeing all over the country. As a traveler from the US with a sensitive stomach, I am always a little cautious, but I felt in completely good hands here. The kitchen and dining areas were spotless, and the team was thorough about food hygiene and safe prep. I had absolutely no issues. Amazing food, a clean environment, and a great pace. An absolute highlight of our trip!
It was a great way to experience the local culture, it was an immersive experience going to the market . Our guide was very warm, engaging and knowledgeable. There were 6 people in our group which was just right, everyone was friendly and we had a really enjoyable time. We cooked many excellent Moroccan dishes which we are looking forward to trying at home. It was definitely the best experience we had in Marrakech.
