Fraud was committed we paid for a taxi and did not get the service chat was fraud too tried calling the number provided and it was a wrong #
The driver was good, and the bus was big and comfortable; everyone liked it very much.However, there might be a wait, so we recommend booking in advance.
Contacted driver on port arrival via whatsapp easily. Organised exact pickup point under cover giving us a 10 min wait. Smooth and comfortable ride to airport hotel.
Waited a hour trying to contact help ended up getting another Taxi. It was 1/3 the price of a Viator pick up who did not turn up.

We booked this transfer after our cruise ended at Marina Bay Cruise Centre. We were given the number to contact upon arrival several days before we disembarked. After getting in touch with the company's contact on the ground, our private car was dispatched within minutes to pick us up. They did not come into the arrival hall to pick us up because of fees from the cruise terminal. Overall, we waited about 10 min from our first call to our car arriving. We had 6 people travelling, with 3 large luggage, 3 carry-ons and a whole bunch of back packs. The driver was courteous and the car was really clean. I would recommend this transfer over any cruise offer, or even offer within the arrival hall.

We arrived at the cruise terminal early. As we came through customs and exited to the arrival lounge, I was expecting to see some standing there with our name on sheet in front of them. There was no one there. As we were early, we waited. Then on the agreed time, I received a message asking if I had arrived. Them a message letting me know where to wait, the type of vehicle and number plate. The vehicle was there within minutes, and it was a pleasant ride to the airport. The car was very clean and the driver very courteous.
