En välkommen aperitif öppnar dörren till vårt hem och presenterar sin historia. Du kommer att möta passion för viner och ostar i den mysiga atmosfären i en typisk Mallorca butik som kallas "colmado". Uppskatta denna berättande resa genom vingårdarna på Mallorca njuta av vid varje steg dofter, smaker och texturer som mästarna i vårt land erbjuder oss. Vin-, ost- och sobrasadaprovning med egen identitet som uppnås över tid, med erfarenhet och med gott arbete. Tillfällig provning, skräddarsydd för dem som gillar, de som uppskattar terroir, solen, havet, vingården, dalarna och bergen. Ta med dig lite av vårt landskap, vårt sätt att vara och vårt land. My daughter and I had a very enjoyable couple of hours wine tasting at Avinae Wines. We have both been wine tasting before but this was something a bit different covering a lot of ground but most memorably drinking from a black wineglass ( meaning you could not see the colour of the wine, removing all preconceptions ) and the effect of different foods on how wine tastes. The tastings were generous and the evening fun and informative. I would definitely recommend
There were three of us there (female, mid-30s). And we felt really well taken care of. We had booked in German and it was a mix of German and English. Which was totally fine because he was very easy to understand. We had fun and learned a lot.
It was very personable. The best wine tasting experience I’ve had so far. Very knowledgeable and good sense of humour!
While drinking wine you’ll get a better understanding of how it’s made and its history really enjoy.
100% … what always do again - could imagine to buy all wine and sparkling for my upcoming wedding in northern Germany here - think the owner might be a bit over the top but if he chooses to do so he can and will perfectly match every occasion.
