Very cool tour but you should definitely have at least moderate physical fitness for this. Guides were great and very helpful which was absolutely necessary for the conditions. This is not just hiking etc, youll be pulling yourself up into a kayak in the open water.

Its a "fun" experience for a family with a child that is under the age of 8. I was there with my friends and we are around the age of 20. This definitely did not meet our expectations. Very childish experience, lots of talking and not like we were told it was going to be. "Cliff jumping" was from a 3 meter high rock and we only got to jump once. Kayaking was okay I guess? But we got separated and grouped up with other people that we never had seen before and people that we didnt want to be experiencing this with. The "SNACKS" were at the absolute end of this activity snd they were all gone because of earlier groups, lol. It was dry crackers and thats it. We were told to get juice and lemonade but that was also all gone due to previous groups. All in all, its not a recommended trip for that price for people over the age of 10 unless you are with family, but even then there are better activities to do. We were also in that blue cave for 5 minutes and then they talked outside of it for maybe 20 minutes, making jokes and stuff. Thats cool, but was not our cup of tea. Lastly, the pictires and videos can only be received if you leave a 5 star review on their homepage and if you follow them. Thats just weird. We did that on my friends phone and we got 3 blurry pictures and thats it. Thats it and our honest review and not the usual 5 star review that people are forced to publish because of some blurry pictures. Oh yes, they also asked for a donation at the end which was awkward for everyone, I can tell you that. Peace out

In this case, there are several statements that are not correct. Regarding the picnic, each group has its own picnic prepared with snacks, local products, water and soft drinks. We do not use leftover food from previous groups, and it is not true that there was nothing left because other groups had consumed it before. Every group has fresh food and drinks prepared for each tour. We would also like to clarify that we do not ask for donations at the end of the activity. This statement does not reflect reality. There is a tip box in case someone, completely voluntarily, wants to thank the guides for their work, nothing more. Regarding the cave, it is impossible to visit a cave with two chambers and swim in the blue pool in only 5 minutes, as stated in the review. In addition, our guides explain the surroundings, safety, nature and history of the place during the activity. We understand that this style of experience may not be for everyone, but it is part of the tour we offer. The jump from the rocks is optional and safe, approximately 3 meters high. Our tour is designed for everyone: families, couples and groups of friends. We do not advertise it as an extreme or high-risk activity. If someone is looking for dangerous jumps, this is probably not the right tour. It is also normal that, for organization and safety reasons, participants in a shared activity may be divided into smaller groups. This is done to make the experience safer and smoother for everyone. We do this to offer more personalized attention to each customer and greater safety. We believe it is a positive thing to work with smaller, more exclusive and non-massified groups. Regarding the photos and videos, during each tour we take photos and videos, and normally more than 150 files are delivered per group. It is possible that some action photos may come out blurry, as we are in the sea, kayaking, swimming or jumping, but it is not correct to say that only 3 blurry photos were delivered. Also, we do not require anyone to leave a 5-star review. That is not true. We ask for reviews because honest opinions help us a lot to improve as much as possible. We sincerely regret that the activity did not meet your expectations. However, we do not think it is fair to use false statements in a review. Reviews from other people from your same day and group describe a completely different and positive experience. We always accept constructive criticism and honest opinions, but we also believe it is important to respond when a review contains information that is not real. We had an excellent day on this trip and would never have discovered the places they took us to. As a mum of teenagers, it's hard to find activities that we can all enjoy doing. There were no complaints and they've been buzzing about it ever since. The staff were so.enthusiatic and did everything to make our trip memorable. Whilst we were exploring everywhere, they would explain about looking after the island and how some of our ticket money went back into planting plants to help oxygenate the sea. I love this idea as we need to protect our planet. The picnic at the end was a nice touch too. I would highly recommend this trip. Thank you so much.
We had an amazing time! The whole activity was so much fun and perfectly organized. Kayaking, exploring the sea cave, snorkeling, and even the cliff jump made the experience unforgettable. Our guide was fantastic—very friendly, funny, and full of energy. They made everyone feel comfortable and kept the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable throughout the tour.

I would highly recommend! This tour was beautiful, they made it fun yet ensured all of our safety. I enjoyed the kayaking, they cheered my sister on even when she was far behind, very welcoming. Jumping off cliffs was amazing and had a mini picnic to cool down after. I also highly appreciate that a portion of the profit is contributed to sea life as it’s a fundamental part to Mallorca
