Our tour with Noa was an absolute highlight of our trip and deserves a truly glowing review. From the moment I booked and noted my mother’s mobility limitations, Noa stood out for her kindness, flexibility, and communication. She messaged me immediately to say that starting later (9:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m.) would be no problem, and reassured me that we could take all the time we needed, even with the stairs and extra walking involved. The evening before the tour, Noa confirmed our departure time and sent all the details for our driver, Juan Pablo, which made us feel very prepared and at ease. The morning of the tour, she messaged again to let us know Juan Pablo was on his way. Noa then met us at the site with a warm welcome, offered us time for restrooms before starting, and made it clear from the beginning that this was *our* day and there was no rush. Throughout the visit to Teotihuacan, Noa was informative, enthusiastic, and deeply knowledgeable about the culture and history of the site and its pyramids. She answered all of our questions, shared fascinating stories, and also took a genuine interest in us and our lives, which made the experience feel very personal and special. She was incredibly considerate of my mom’s limitations, helping her navigate the extra walking and stairs, and never once made us feel like we were slowing things down or missing out by taking a gentler pace. Noa also took us to a local market and thoughtfully helped us choose foods that would be safe for us to eat. This part of the day felt wonderfully authentic, like a true glimpse into local life, and we felt very cared for the entire time. After lunch, Juan Pablo drove us to the chocolate experience, where we tasted different traditional chocolate drinks, learned about the chocolate-making process, and had the chance to purchase handmade products from a local chocolatier. At the end of the day, Noa made sure we were comfortably settled in the van with Juan Pablo for the return to our hotel, and she left us with a warm invitation to come back to Mexico anytime, saying she would love to see us again. It was a very special day of touring and learning, made even more meaningful because Noa ensured that my mother could fully participate without ever feeling rushed or like a burden. We are so grateful for this experience. Thanks to Noa (and Juan Pablo), it was not just a tour, but one of those rare days of travel that we will remember fondly for a long time.
She shared captivating stories about the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon, bringing the history to life with her extensive knowledge.
Ivan, a very polite and friendly driver picked us up from the hotel, he drove us to Teotihuacan where our guides, Noa and Alma, were waiting for us to give us an incredible experience. Alma guided us to see the pyramids and gave us an in-depth history of the pyramids and Teotihuacan culture. Her passion and knowledge made this experience unforgettable and we learned so much. I’ve been on 2 other guided tours to Teotihuacan and I’ve never learned as much as when I was with Alma. After the tour, Noa took us to the chocolate museum where we had a hands-on lesson on chocolate making and was taught the history of chocolate production in the area. We also got to sample some delicious drinks made using the ingredients we were learning about. Afterwards, Noa showed us the best local eateries in the town. We stopped by a food stand in the nearby marketplace and had our choice of some tradicional Mexican dishes. I highly recommend the quesadillas, huaraches, and aguas frescas. We were even given the opportunity to try some chapulines! Noa definitely gave us the best eating experience and showed us a taste of the local cuisine that wasn’t catered just to tourists. I’m very happy with my experience with Ivan, Alma, and Noa! I would highly recommend this tour to any and all who are thinking of coming to Teotihuacan. 10/10
Noa gave us an absolutely amazing tour of Teotihuacan in Mexico! From the breathtaking balloon ride over the pyramids to the fascinating guided tour of the ruins, every moment was unforgettable. Noa’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and storytelling brought the history and culture of the area to life. To top it all off, the chocolate tasting was such a fun and delicious experience! They went above and beyond to make the day special, and their passion for sharing this incredible place really showed. Highly recommend touring with Noa!
