Cesar, our guide, was very engaging and funny. We was very skilled at getting strangers to have fun together. Victor, the driver, did a wonderful job.
We were a family group of 8 on vacation and had paid in full a month in advance. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our start time and they no showed us or left early. Not sure which. No refund was offered. They called at 20 minutes before our start time and said they were leaving. I asked them to wait 5 minutes and they wouldn't. I would recommend staying as far away from this group as you can.

Incredible experience. Unfortunately, Yal-Ku was overrun by sargassum. However, we had the best guide there is: Jesus Salas (sorry if I misspelled your name). A radiant, empathetic, interesting, and funny person. I wish this for everyone!! The driver was also very friendly. The cenote was magnificent. Pleasant to learn about Maya culture. There is a fee of $20 USD (for two), payable in cash (900 pesos/2 people) or by card for the amount of $20 USD. No cameras allowed at the cenote, but allowed at the lagoon.

Great little getaway from the resort. Our guide Cesar was entertaining and knowledgeable. He introduced the other families and kept us engaged the whole trip. The lagoon was turbid and the visibility was bad, so not much more of an experience that snorkeling in a lake. We did not spend much time there. The cenote was an other world. Crystal clear water and cave formations above and below water. Time was short there too but very memorable. Highly recommend, especially from Tulum.

Amazing experience. Henri and Juan Manuel were great team guide/operator. I came for business but will be back with my daughters so they can get this great experience. The cenote we went to had many mysterious nooks and crannies. And Henri guide us through them fearlessly. Came wait to come back and will be sure to book through Cancun Adventures. Thank you!

This was incredible. Friendly guide and spooky cenote but very cool. A lot of swimming but they give you life jackets so it’s fine.
