Utforska gatorna i den spanska huvudstaden på 2,5 timmar med en lokal guide. Lär dig om Madrids historia och mat medan du provar traditionella tapas på populära ställen. Prova vitlöksräkor, chorizo, kroketter, brava, svamp och mer. Besök sevärdheter som Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel och Plaza de la Villa.

Vår gastronomiska rundtur börjar i Apple Store (Puerta del Sol) kl. 12:30. Jag kommer att välkomna dig till Madrid och jag kommer att förklara lite vad vi kommer att göra under turnén.
Efter att ha välkomnat dig till Puerta del Sol, kommer vi att gå till Autrias grannskap, här kommer vi att stanna (beroende på dag) vid våra första gastronomiska stopp. Du kommer att uppleva samma ställen som lokalbefolkningen går till, söker traditionella tapas som vitlöksräkor, bravas, kroketter, chorizo, etc enligt tapasbarer som du kommer att besöka på dagen.
Efter att ha njutit av tapas som äkta lokalbefolkning återvänder vi igen till Puerta del Sol. Här ska jag beskriva detta vackra torg, jag ska berätta om dess historia och några symboler som finns i det.
Under vår gastronomiska tur kommer vi att besöka ikoniska platser i staden, såsom Calle Mayor, Plaza Mayor, här kommer jag att ge dig en kort sammanfattning av historien om Plaza, den viktigaste Plaza i Madrid.
Efter att ha besökt Plaza Mayor går vi in i det medeltida Madrid. I detta område kommer vi att stanna vid en klassisk tapasbar i Madrid. I denna bar, beroende på dag, kommer vi att prova svamp eller en läcker bläckfisk smörgås. Vi kommer också att passera den äldsta restaurangen i världen. Här kommer jag att berätta en kort historia om restaurangen.
Och för att avsluta kommer vi att besöka ett av de vackraste torgen i Madrid. Plaza de la Villa, här kommer jag att ge dig en kort sammanfattning av torgets historia och byggnaderna där.

It has been a very interesting experience. I have gone with my mother to three tapas bars in the historic center of Madrid, we have tried garlic prawns, bravas, mushrooms etc. Apart from this, the guide has told us about the history of Madrid and Spain. A very complete tour

We had a great introduction to Madrid and tapas with Carmen. We learnt so much and happily chatted with her for the whole tour. Carmen was outstanding. Very engaging and full of information of the city of Madrid and Spain in general. She pointed out the specialties of local food stops (this one is great for garlic prawns, this one for stuffed mushrooms and on and on). She took us at a comfortable pace and we never felt rushed. We had three stops and tried lots of food and had plenty to drink. We were all very full by the time the tour was over. At the end she took us to a convent to tell us about the nuns and the pastries they make so we could go back when the convent opened. We all had a wonderful time and it was a highlight of our stay in Madrid. Thank you Carmen.

Prompt start with Carmen and short walk to first bar - excellent prawns and wine , on to another nearby tapas bar for more tapas and then a walk through the city to our last stop . All good food , sites and information along the way and a good explanation of Spanish history and food . Carmen was knowledgeable and friendly . Great tour

Carmen was a fantastic guide, very informative, and super friendly, we had lots of laughs along the way. We were taken to 3 tapas bars all exceptionally friendly and made to feel very welcome.

I booked 3 adults for the Tapas and my 8 years old daughter was with me. The tour guide insisted charging me extra 70 euro for my daughter. She just tag along and did not eat or drink.
Hi Kin, I'll answer you again what I told you yesterday: You booked and paid for 3 people and 3 people and an 8-year-old girl showed up without prior notice. The tour is for people over 18 years old (we say this clearly in the description of the activity). Therefore, we always treat everyone as adults, so if you bring your 8-year-old daughter in addition to the 3 of you, your daughter will be charged as one more adult. I don't know where you read that children don't pay anything. The guide did everything possible to solve the problem with great professionalism and respect, at no time were you ignored as you say. Carmen, she's a real professional at her job. It reflects enthusiasm, joy, passion and motivation in what it does, so it conveys it. I have loved the selection of restaurants and at the same time as it tells the history of Madrid and Spain. It has been a real pleasure and I hit the Tapas Tour with it.
