Ett livligt torg nära den historiska Teatro Calderón, fylld med lokalbefolkningen och artister. Det är ett bra exempel på modernt Madrid mingel med gammaldags charm.
Denna livliga gata är känd som "Litterära kvarteret" och är graverad med citat från Spanska guldåldersförfattare. En resa genom Huertas är en resa genom litteraturhistorien.
Vi stannar nära Spaniens mest kända museum. Även om vi inte kommer in, kommer din Guide dela betydelsen av denna institution och några av de mästerverk som finns inuti.
En ikonisk neoklassisk fontän föreställande havsguden Neptunus. Det är en symbol för Madrids kulturella stolthet och mötesplatsen för Atlético de Madrid fans.
Vi går officiellt in i Madrids mest älskade grönområde – en 125 hektar stor park full av konst, natur och historia.
Den enda kända offentliga statyn i världen tillägnad Lucifer. Skulpturen ligger på 666 meters höjd och är både fascinerande och kuslig.
En vackert underhållen rosenträdgård, med dussintals sorter på våren och sommaren. En väldoftande, färgglad höjdpunkt i parken.
Den mest fotograferade platsen i parken. Detta spektakulära glaspalats speglar en fridfull damm och rymmer roterande konstinstallationer.
Den stora Retiro Pond är en favorit för roddbåtturer. Vi stannar för att njuta av utsikten över vattnet och den massiva kolonnen och statyn av Alfonso XII.
Ett stort monument över den tidigare kungen, med en halvcirkelformad kolonnad och en central staty med utsikt över sjön - en populär samlingsplats.
Ett av Madrids mest kända landmärken. Denna neoklassiska triumfbåge fungerade en gång som stadsport och står nu som en stolt symbol för Madrid.
En magnifik fontän av gudinnan Cybele, ofta förknippad med Real Madrid fotbollsfirande. Det flankeras av det fantastiska Cybele Palace och andra viktiga byggnader.
En av stadens äldsta och längsta gator, med varierande arkitektur från barock till modern. Resan hit är en visuell fest.
Madrids centrala torg och den symboliska ”kilometer noll” av Spaniens vägnät. Vi passerar genom denna livliga plats full av energi och stadsliv.
Avsluta turen på vårt kontor mitt i centrala Madrid. Bara några minuters promenad från tunnelbanestationen Opera.

This morning, we found out our morning e-bike tour was canceled. We called Viator ASAP & schedule a new e-bike tour with this company. Jacob took us around Madrid with expertise& care (for the cars around us.) We'd recommend this company whole heartedly!
Jakob was Awesome!!! The ladies from Tennessee loved his expertise and knowledge about Spain. Riding the bikes were a lot of fun!!! Best Guide Ever!!!

I am awarding five stars because I feel I was treated very fairly by Wonder Tours on a recent visit. I booked this tour for my husband and myself. We arrived in Madrid the day before, and I got a ridiculous sunburn on both of my feet. We went to the meeting point, but by the time we got there, I was really concerned that I would not be able to make the ride, and I would spoil it for the other participants. Oscar, the guide, was kind and understood the situation. The woman at the reservation desk was also very kind and said that I would need to contact Viator. I contacted Viator when we returned home from vacation, and I was issued a partial refund for half the price of our tickets. I think that was fair, and I'm sorry we didn't get to take the tour. I bet it was a lot of fun. Wonder Tours Cares About Its Customers!

The tour was good! The guide could have been better at giving prompts or instructions beforehand, he would move on to the next location without much warning!

Although we chose a very hot time of day, we were very happy with our choice! It was just the three of us with our guide, so this was like a personal tour! We were very happy with Jacob and he made sure we knew how to use the bikes, stopped occasionally to teach about various Madrid sites, and gave us some free time within Retiro to view roses. He was also always willing to take our photos and made this one of the highlights of our 9-day trip to Madrid. We were very pleased with this experience!

we registered for the two hour Retiro bike ride. Instead, we got grouped in to a 3 hour city tour with Retiro park being the last hour.explained this to guide but he kept saying he was giving us the extra hour free. We didn’t want the city tour as we had already had this the day before. Also, 3 hours on a bike was more than we could handle. We had no choice, though, as the last hour was the only bit of Ritter park we would get.

Definitely not the tour we thought we signed up for! We wanted a tour of the park. Instead, 2/3 of our time was spent stopping at various city landmarks that we’ve already seen. The bikes are awkward with the most uncomfortable seats imaginable. And, finally, there are way too many people booked on this tour (15 or so) to be navigating through the streets, when riders have various bike skills. We would have been better off renting e-bikes and riding through the park ourselves.
