Good tour. Very informative. You need to read the instructions carefully though so that you don’t go to the wrong meet up point.
We booked this tour through Tripadvisor when we couldn't get tickets from the Palace website because they were sold out. We were very happy to get tickets the day before this tour was scheduled. The meeting place was easy to find. The guide was knowledgeable and very nice. She was able to handle some difficult people in a professional way. She made the tour interesting and kept us all together, even when there were other tour groups in the area. A very nice tour for a very good price.
An interesting tour. The guide had some trouble getting the headset/players to work at first and it took a little while to get the tour going. We did a Saturday and it was extremely crowded. Overall he was very knowledegeable.
