We just brought our tickets at the museum and the process was so simple once inside the place was incredible the figures are so lifelike and the staff there were very friendly and helpful. My Fiancée said to me halfway through “you lied to me this isn’t a museum it’s just fun” Would highly recommend going make sure you set aside at least 2 - 3 hrs as there is a lot to see
Third off with SWR Took us about an hour to get round. Really great place The young man who did our wax hand was really top notch and made sure it was perfect
Madame Tussauds was an interesting experience. So much to see however it got very crowded and some areas where not well lit. There should be limited number of people admitted for each time spots to allow everyone to fully enjoy the museum.
What an amazing experience at Madame Tussauds London. The wax figures are incredible, and it was so much fun taking photos with so many celebrities. The 4D Marvel experience was fantastic and made the visit even more enjoyable. The attraction was clean and organised, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. There was something for everyone, making it a great day out, especially for families. I would recommend visiting in London. It's a unique attraction and was a memorable day!
Great experience. Life like wax models. Wiggly recommend. Good ticket prices & added bonus of a ride
Visited in May during a familoy holiday. This was the highlight of my holiday. Booking online was fast and easy. Easy entry to the museum. The waxworks are simply amazing. The little ride around old london city was fantastic. I was talking about this place for days. Also reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The experience is amazing; the realism is disturbing. In addition to the typical photos with celebrities, there are various immersive experiences that include special effects, settings, etc., which take you through the history of London in the first person. You can also be part of the Star Wars saga or find yourself in the alleys of old London being stalked by Jack the Ripper; it’s madness!!!

Big disappointment, there is not much left in this museum, very few historical figures or famous singers or actors. Very expensive.

Wow,wow,wow! I mean i was expecting amazing but it was even better than that, me and my girls loved it! We couldn't get enough of all of the celebraties, and when I seen ET and Stephen Speilberg, my icon, I welled up! It felt like I was meeting the real person! We arrived about 25 mins before our check in time which I would highly recomend! It was very well organised, 2 different queue's for two different times, we were going in 10:15am, there was also a queue for the 10am (it was 9:50am) this queue was full about 60-70 people, our queue had about 8 people or so before us. You got straight in, it wasn't too busy you could see everything at your own leisure, however it was a Friday! We LOVED the gift shop and the staff, (especially the lady who served us) were lovely! I well definately be visiting again! Thank you for an absolutely unforgettable experience ❤️

Nice but nothing more; some characters are kitschy... I would not return if I come back to London.
