Du kommer att köras till tågstationen i Ollantaytambo, där du kommer att ta 6:40 tåget till Aguas Calientes, anländer runt 08:00.
Vid ankomst möter din guide dig på tågstationen och eskorterar dig till bussen för en 30-minuters resa upp till Machu Picchu, anländer runt 08:45.

After making the Reservation the company contacted and said that they had no more tickets for the informed circuit. The alternative would be another circuit that does not allow entry into the city of Macchu Picchu or extend the journey for two days, at an additional cost. I chose to cancel the tour, however, the company does not cancel and does not make the refund. Nor answer my messages anymore. My mistake was not reading the reviews before making the Reservation, so I leave the warning here. TripAdvisor needs to remove this company from the site!
Overrated, a long dense and expensive excursion. The attention of the train staff left much to be desired. The ugly place.
Machupicchu es una de las 7 maravillas del mundo, no puede ser un lugar feo. Para poder visistar Machupicchu es necesario varias horas, aproximadamente 15 horas, debido a que es necesario hacer uso de transporte y tren para poder llegar. Nos parece una calificacion injusta, pero entendemos debido a que es desde su punto de vista.
Easy trip and excellent communication from the vendor! A great day trip. They even helped me get an earlier train back. It was highly organized regarding transport and went smoothly. Great guide too!
this tour does not actually include a ticket. you will arrive a day earlier in Aguas Calientes to waste the whole day standing in line for entrance ticket to Machu, and if you go to get a coffee from the train, it may turn out that there will be no tickets because they only sell 1000 tickets. When we got off the train at 8, we were standing in the line 2 hours and we had a number 908/1000, and later in the evening another 3 hours in the line to get a ticket. You can organize it yourself, but no one mentions it in the description of the trip, that we have to get the tickets ourselves. if this is normal in Peru, it should be written about it so that tourists are aware because every visitor was pissed about it
The arrangement and the services are perfect. The agent is reliable. You should book the trip earlier enough in order to make sure to get the entry ticket.
My husband had booked the one day tour for Machu Picchu. He received the confirmation email and his credit card was charged. Everything seemed good to go. Three days before his trip he received an email informing him his trip had been cancelled. No explanation. We ran around to some offices in Cusco to see if by chance he could get a last minute ticket/trip, but couldn’t find one. So he flew all the way to South America excited about Machu Picchu, and was extremely disappointed. Luckily South America is such a wonderful place, he was still able to enjoy the trip. This is one of the worst tour companies I’ve ever dealt with. We booked a one day tour by train. The night before our trip, the tour company called me to tell me they changed it to a two-day tour. The told us they didn’t have Machu Picchu tickets for us and we would have to get them ourselves. We had to scramble to rearrange all of our travel plans and missed our tour to rainbow mountain. We had to keep our hotel in Cusco an extra night with no reimbursement. We made it to Aguascalientes where now we had to spend the night in a hostel that the tour company arranged for us. After getting off the train, we were met by a tour guide. He took us to the ticket place where we had to wait in line to get a time to come back to get tickets. After we got our time, I asked the tour guide if was going to help us purchase our tickets. He said yes he would meet us later but he never showed up again. I also had to get money from him to purchase the tickets since I had already paid the tour company. He gave me cash but it didn’t cover all the costs. Then we had to return later in the afternoon and wait in line at the Machu Picchu operations for hours again to buy the tickets. The tour guide at the actual Machu Picchu was the only excellent part. When we left, they reserved us on the train in two different train cars. I went to the train station and changed them myself. Essentially, I did all the work that the tour company was supposed to accomplish for us. The whole goal was to hire the company to make things easier. They did almost nothing. I would stay clear from this company.

We paid for a whole day tour that includes the transfer in their morning, tickets valid for the whole day and a guide. But what we got was a transport picking us up 4.5 hours later than scheduled, a terrible guide (Ulysses) that mentioned barely anything significant about Machu Picchu but preferred talking about celebrity gossip and the duration of Llama orgasms. Lastly we didn’t get full day tickets and had to leave after the tour since we weren’t allowed reentry and the tour ended at the end of the one way leading through Machu Picchu.
Thank you for your rating. but it is a very unfair rating for us. We have indicated a day before that the pick-up time was modified, we have left them in no time. This happened because your entrance to Machupicchu was at 2:00 p.m. because it was the only time of access left and we could not take them very early since they would be standing without doing anything for 3 hours or more. which we decided to do the best for you with all the good intentions and not leave you without access to Machupicchu as it has happened to many people. You mention that we have not given you your tickets, however we have and we have evidence. And we emphasize that the time to visit Machupicchu is only two hours, now it is with limited time before the pandemic if you could visit all day, not now. You comment on our guide, but it is your opinion and from your point of view that he is not a good guide. but it is the opposite, he is one of our best guides and his qualification is strange to us because that same day they were not the only clients. our other customers rated the opposite of you. We imagine that it is because we have not accepted the refund they requested because it was not fair, we have complied with the entire service, we did not do anything of fraud. and they were also given their respective tickets.
