När vi kommer dit åker vi till Ollantaytambo tågstation där vi tar tåget till Aguas Calientes. är en stad varifrån du kan ta dig till Machu Picchu. Tågresan från Ollantaytambo till Aguas Calientes tar ungefär en och en halv timme.

Vid ankomsten till Aguas Calientes cirka 09:15 kommer vår personal från byrån att ta dig till busstationen. Här tar du bussen som tar dig till citadellet Machu Picchu. Resan tar cirka trettio minuter.
Du anländer till ingången till citadellet i Machu Picchu klockan 11:00.
Machu Picchu

Vid ankomst till Machu Picchu kommer du att passera en kontroll så vi rekommenderar att du tar med ditt originalpass. Efter att ha passerat kontrollen tar vår ackrediterade guide dig på en rundtur i citadellet i Machu Picchu.
Du kommer att besöka jordbruksområdet där du kan se jordbruksterrasser eller Andenes, som är strukturer som består av stenväggar i olika storlekar.
I stadsområdet kommer du att besöka sektorerna Hurin eller Sacred Space och Hanan eller Residential Space.
I den heliga sektorn utmärker sig Cover Group, Solens tempel, det kungliga mausoleet, det kungliga residenset, de tre fönstertemplet, huvudtemplet och gruppen Intihuatana, som upptar den högsta platsen i det heliga utrymmet.
I bostadssektorn kommer du att se olika grupper, såsom Condor-sektorn, Los Espejos de Agua (Los Morteros), Las Tres Portadas, Grupo Alto och Roca Sagrada.
Efter att ha besökt alla dessa platser tar du bussen tillbaka till Aguas Calientes. Resan tar cirka trettio minuter.

Du anländer till Aguas Calientes cirka 14:00. Här kommer du att ha ledig tid att äta lunch, koppla av i termalbaden eller göra en rundtur i den rustika staden. Du har cirka 2 timmars ledig tid.
Efter denna tid kommer du tillbaka till tågstationen där du tar 16:22-tåget.
Ollantaytambo
60 min
Efter en tågresa i ungefär en och en halv timme. Du anländer till Ollantaytambo kl 18:00.
Cusco
120 min
Vid ankomsten till Ollantaytambo kommer turisttransporten att vänta på att ta dig tillbaka till staden Cusco. Vi anländer runt 20:00.

Love Cusco Travel Agency
My experience with Cusco Travel Agency was fantastic. The agency helped me craft a five day itinerary that included all the main points we wanted to see. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and we were able to do all the activities we wanted to do. Our favorites were Machu Picchu and Pallay Punchu. We booked two circuits for Machu Picchu and our guide Edgar ensured that we had enough time to do both. He also helped us navigate Aguas Calientes and make our train back to Ollantaytambo. Our guide Elisban guided us through Pallay Punchu. He was soooo patient and gave us great techniques for hiking up the mountain, taking into account that this was the highest elevation point during our stay. It significantly helped us avoid altitude sickness. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend Cusco Travel Agency for convenience
I booked two tours in total with David of Cusco Travel Agency. Machu Picchu Full Day Tour on July 10 and Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca) Private Tour on July 11. I went with my husband and we truly had a wonderful time. The tour guides on both tours were each kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I for one, have lots of questions during tours, and they were so patient in answering and explaining. We had Javier Flores for Machu Picchu and Ricardo for Vinicunca. We highly recommend requesting for them when possible. They were also patient in taking photos for us. This trip to Peru was our visit to South America and it exceeded our expectations mainly because the two places we wanted to see most was made very convenient by David and his team. David is also quick to respond to questions via WhatsApp and you can really see his effort to make sure that he takes care of his customers. Thank you, David and team. We will carry and treasure these memories for years to come and sincerely we have only great these to say about your company’s role in a trip so memorable for us. We highly recommend you to everyone.

Extraordinary experience in Cusco
I planned all the tours with Cusco Travel Agency, and the coordination, planning, attention, guides, transfers, everything was excellent. Complete tour, well organized, and full of history.
I had an incredible experience in Cusco. The tour of the archaeological parks was very comprehensive and well organized by Leise. We were able to visit impressive places, learn about Inca history and culture, and enjoy spectacular landscapes. Our guide was very professional, attentive, and explained each site in great detail, making the experience even more interesting.
The visit to Machu Picchu was simply unforgettable. It is a place that exceeds all expectations due to its beauty, history, and the energy felt while exploring it. The tour was perfectly coordinated, with adequate time to enjoy, take photographs, and visit the main points of interest. The information provided by the guide allowed for a better understanding of the importance of this wonder of the world.
