Vårt äventyr börjar mycket tidigt i staden Cusco
Mobilitet kommer att passera hotellet kl. 04:00 för att överföra dem till Ollantaytambo tågstation, denna resa varar 1:30, Under turen kommer vi att ha en imponerande utsikt över landskapet i Urubambadalen, mer känd som "Inkaernas heliga dal". När vi går ombord på tåget tar det oss längs kanten av den imponerande Vilcanotafloden eller "Sacred River" till staden Aguas Calientes.På denna tur kan vi njuta av bergskedjan Vilca Bamba med sina vackra snötäckta toppar. rutten kommer vi in i kanten av djungeln, varm och trevlig plats att njuta av denna resa.
Vid ankomst till stationen hjälper vår personal dig att gå ombord på bussen som tar dig till Machu Picchu-citadellet. Turen varar i 20 minuter. Vid ankomsten väntar din guide ivrigt på att dela med sig av sin kunskap om den magnifika konstruktionen av denna citadell. Det kommer att bli en oförglömlig upplevelse under en period av 2 timmar. Efter den guidade turen har du fri tid att utforska området på egen hand, koppla av eller meditera. Vid lämplig tidpunkt åker du buss ner till staden Aguas Calientes, där du har eftermiddagen ledig för lunch och/eller besöker stadens varma källor på egen hand. I skymningen, beroende på tiden på din returbiljett, återvänder du till stationen för att gå ombord på returtåget till Ollantaytambo station, där vår personal väntar på att ta dig till fordonet och slutligen återvända till staden Cusco och mot hotellet.

After another tour company canceled my Machu Picchu tour a few days before my trip, I was scrambling trying to figure out what to do. I found Sakura Expedition, and they immediately stepped in to help me. Yajaida and the entire team was incredibly responsive, reassuring, and efficient throughout the entire process. Yajaida helped me secure both Circuit 1 and Circuit 2 tickets, which I honestly thought would be impossible that last minute. My actual tour with Jair ended up being amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience feel very personal and enjoyable instead of rushed. He genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience and understood the history and significance of Machu Picchu. I’m so grateful Sakura Expedition was able to turn a very stressful situation into one of the highlights of my trip. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a visit to Machu Picchu, especially if you want a company that is responsive, organized, and truly cares about you.

The tour Company I originally booked for Macchiu Picchu cancelled on me the night before I was supposed to go for the tour. I was so devastated as I didn’t know what to do in that moment as I planned my vacation to do Macchiu Picchu(P.M.) and return to my country the following day. I stumbled on this tour company by chance while calling several companies to see if anyone could help me go to Macchiu Picchu from Cusco. The customer service agent who picked up the call for the company was very polite, spoke good English and explained to me that I needed an extra day to be able to go M.P. I had to cancel my return flight and book a new day and the lady pulled every string possible from staying on the phone with me to get early morning train tickets to M.P., organizing my pickup from my hotel in Cusco to Ollyantanbo train station where there was a guide there to recieve me and show me how to get the entrance tickets to M.P. I was finally able to visit M.P. as that was the only reason why I flew to Peru. This tour company is well organized, they have a solid communication system making sure you stay informed every step of the way. If you are looking for a wonderful and stress free experience in Peru definitely go with Sakura Express. I couldn’t thank them enough. 🤗
