I wasn't able to go because although there was no reason for the payment to decline it did. Not once, but twice. I guess Ill spend my money elsewhere.
Horrible was notified too late to cancel. Viator doesn’t want to give me my money back. Was offered Sun and then told no . I do not trust this place . I have used Viator 4 times in the last to months and it was great! This changes that all because a Captain who is irresponsible. Hires another and weather was fine . He told me to contact Viator and I would get a refund over 1000 and they said I didn’t cancel in time . He did not cancel in time . I have texts from him to prove this and hope Viator will make them right. They should also get rid of him as he has no customer service akills
Very disappointed with the horrible service. I received a text from Josh on the day of my scheduled trip with friends saying that his Captain called in sick and there were concerns about weather. I planned for weeks for my party of 6, checked the weather frequently (there were typical Florida showers during the day in the forecast), paid in full, and flew into Tampa from DC only to have a cancellation hours before. This boat ride was supposed to be the highlight of our trip so to have an unnecessary cancellation unrelated to the weather is completely unacceptable. I believe Josh overbooked himself and decided to cancel us out of convenience. I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I want my money back immediately and I definitely don’t trust this company. NEVER AGAIN!
We rented this boat with two other couples. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. We were about a 1/2 hour early to the pier and the captain was ready and waiting for us. He was friendly and let us sit back, relax and enjoy ourselves. We made a stop at a nearby island and we were able to collect some shells and get a drink at the outdoor bar. We even saw dolphins! I would confidently recommend this charter to anyone looking for a stress free activity.
Captain Jim was awesome!! Had an awesome half day trip. Beautiful sunset with fantastic photo opportunities.
We have gone out with captain Josh several times and not only are both of his boats truly luxurious, but he provides such a fun and comfortable environment. I give the highest possible recommendation. I wouldn’t think of using any other company.
This was a perfect day made possible by Salt Luxury Charters! Was an amazing experience all around! Our captain Josh was very knowledgeable of the area which allowed us to see some beautiful,breathtaking sites including dolphins! Easy to communicate with and accommodating with pickup/dropoff for our group. Would highly recommend!

Our captain made sure we had a great experience! We had a super fun time and felt very safe and luxurious. Very friendly company. We had a great time and will definitely go again.
Great experience! Josh took us out and was a great tour guide! We had no preference of where to go besides wanting to get in the water a little. Josh took us to some perfect spots and even provided googles, footballs, noodles, etc. it was so convenient and my staff loved it. Highly recommend! Thanks Josh!
