My flight was over an hour late in arriving and still there was no issue, as Paul was waiting for me when I got there. His service was impeccable and the conversation interesting and enlightening. The car was beautiful, too. I would highly recommend.

Communication before the trip to make sure that all needs are met was amazing. Irek met me where agreed and was an amazing driver and gave me a few information about Warsaw, because this was my first time visiting and the service was indeed VIP
Driver proactively texted us about 10 minutes after landing to tell us the meeting point, which was very conspicuous and easy to locate. Very helpful with luggage, even when I said it wasn’t necessary. Good driver, pleasant mood, immediately gave us the Wi-Fi for the Van which was appreciated. Had bottled water for us which was a nice touch. Helped unload luggage upon our arrival at the hotel. Great experience and very professional.

Driver was an hour late. Didn't have any number to contact them. Wouldn't offer a refund. Basically a scam. Avoid. There are plenty of good taxis outside the airport.
