Din Guide Daniel hämtar dig från ditt Sydney CBD-hotell i en lyxig Mercedes-skåpbil för en heldag i Hunter Valley. Denna rundtur i liten grupp (max 11 gäster) besöker tre handplockade källardörrar - Krinklewoods fantastiska provensalska egendom, den raffinerade 1813 i Tinonee och det arkitektoniskt slående Keith Tulloch Wine. På Keith Tulloch finns en hantverkschocolatier på plats och du kan lägga till en hantverksmässig ginprovning utan extra kostnad. Lunch serveras på Café Enzo – en institution i Hunter Valley sedan 1996, som ligger på en toskansk innergård i sandsten i Pokolbin. Hemlagad mat, lokala råvaror, generösa tallrikar. Klockan 08:00 börjar resan när din chaufför/guide hämtar dig från din angivna upphämtningsadress i Sydney CBD i en lyxig, luftkonditionerad minibuss. Njut av landskapet när vi går upp längs kusten mot den vackra Hunter Valley. Körtiden är cirka 2 1/2 timme. * Vi hämtar dig och släpper dig tillbaka till din angivna Sydney eller Hunter Valley adress - hotell, Airbnb, privat bostad. Välj från vår lista över hotell eller ange din adress vid bokningstillfället.
Klockan 11:00 anländer du till din första destination – Krinklewood Estate. En dold pärla omgiven av provensalsk stil trädgårdar där påfåglar strövar fritt. Här kan du njuta av en elegant vinprovning, perfekt ihop med en lokalproducerad ost- och charkbräda om du vill. Smutta långsamt eftersom du kommer att vara här i 1 1/2 timme. Den perfekta tiden att njuta av vinet i ett lugnt tempo, ta in den fantastiska atmosfären och ta några Instagram-värdiga bilder i trädgården. Klockan 12 beger vi oss till 1813, en elegant källardörr bland vinrankorna på Tinonee Vineyard Estate. Koppla av och njut av en vinprovningsupplevelse i deras luftkonditionerade källardörr under de varmare månaderna och eldstad på den angränsande terrassen under de kallare månaderna, medan du beundrar den pittoreska naturen och spektakulära sandstensformationen känd som Yellow Rock. Vid 13:30 är det dags för en lång, njutningsfull lunch. Café Enzo ligger inbäddat i det toskanska sandstenskomplexet Peppers Creek Village på Broke Road och har varit ett av Hunter Valleys mest älskade matställen sedan 1996. Menyn är uppbyggd kring närproducerad, hemlagad matlagning – tänk generösa tallrikar, gott kaffe och en utomhusgård som får dig att vilja dröja kvar. Det är en genuin institution i dalen, känd lika mycket för sin atmosfär och gästfrihet som för själva maten. Gästerna beställer och betalar på dagen.
Efter lunch kliver vi in i Keith Tulloch Wines polerade lugn – ett arkitektoniskt slående, ljusfyllt rum inramat av utsikt över bergen och skulpterade gräsmattor. Det här är en plats där varje detalj känns avsiktlig, från de rena linjerna i provsmakningsrummet till det lugna bruset på en familjegård som tar sitt hantverk på allvar. Slå dig till ro för en guidad provning av deras vackert gjorda viner, och om du vill höja upplevelsen kan du välja att prova ett urval av boutiquegins tillverkade i samarbete med lokala destillatörer. Daniel and Kylie were our guides. We couldn’t have asked for better guides. They knew about all the wineries and selected the very best. We were treated like VIPs all along the trip. The lunch was very good at Enzo. Warning… The portions are humongous. We had so much fun. We highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend. A great wine tasting experience. We were picked up in Sydney in a comfortable Mercedes 9 seater. Visited 3 cellar doors with some great wines and had a lovely lunch. Daniel is the perfect guide and Lydia is super helpful with her communications and details for the tour.

Pickup at the hotel was great and easy. Wineries chosen especially the Thomas Allen winery (which was outstanding) were all good. The bonus was seeing kangaroos in the wild. They were just outside of a winery resting in the shade. It was the icing on the cake.

6 stars! Coast to cork messaged us the night before with an exact pick up time and Daniel met us on time. The Mercedes van was very nice and clean, I had a nice wine nap on the way back to Sydney. Daniel is so nice and was cool to chat with, he told us stories of Australia and Australian wine. He took us to Vinden (our favorite), Keith Tolluch (where we had an awesome lunch) and Thomas Allen (where we bought the most bottles). Each winery was passionate about wine making and the experiences they provided, each host was super knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again Daniel and Cork to Coast, we had such a great trip! We highly recommend.

The drive to the Hunter Valley was entertaining, you had a good impression of the scenery - the guide gave us interesting background information about the area and the history of the winegrowing and the individual wineries that emerged here - all around it was a sensual, culinary experience in beautiful locations! It was one of the highlights of our 4day Sydney stay!

We had an amazing time on our vineyard tour, Dan was such a great host! He was relaxed, friendly, and full of interesting information about the Hunter. Everywhere we stopped, we were made to feel extra special and well catered to, all were the perfect spots to enjoy delicious wine surrounded by beautiful views.

It was a delightful trip with 3 wineries that are not so commercialised. The wines were great. During the drive, you could see wild kangaroos too. Our guide Daniel was friendly and did his best to make customers happy.
