Börja denna upplevelse en gång i livet med en hämtning på morgonen från ditt hotell i Luxor cirka klockan 04:00. If you visit Luxor, you definitely should try it out
One of the best tours of my life and with a wonderful operator. Malak was fantastic in arranging this experience. He picked me up from the bus station when I arrived in Luxor and took care of all my needs. He went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with the balloon ride. The trip itself is one I will never forget. We had perfect weather and the pilot was exceptional. I highly recommend the hot air balloon tour with Malak Tours!

Never Showed Up Had a 4am pick up for this hot air balloon ride. No one showed up. Found out it was cancelled when I called to ask when they were coming and was told they couldn't find the balloon pilot. The positive was that they refunded our $ immediately. Also offered the balloon ride for the following morning but, unfortunately, we were unable to attend.

Had a 4am pick up for this hot air balloon ride. Never showed up. Never called to advise that they cancelled because they couldn't find the balloon pilot. (Really?) Was told they cancelled when I called to find out when they were coming. The positive was that they refunded our $ immediately.

Everyone visiting Luxor should take this tour! The view is amazing, the staff are really professional and care about your safety. The tour also has included all the transportation to the balloon (cars and boat), I just needed to wake up and walk to the door of the boat and there was a nice van to take us to the place. This tour offers the best price for a stunning activity in Luxor! I also made other tours with Malak, he is the best and the most trustworthy agent for Egypt.

Dealing with Malak Tour Luxor is the best experience happened in my life. A very professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. Their target is to make sure you have the best service and very enjoyable time during your trip. One phone call with Mr. Malak ( company owner) after he asked me the right questions, how many people, dates, my plans, and arriving and departing time. He already made plans with details of our trip and he told us what we will expect to happen by days and times. He has a price list ready and his price point is fair and good. No games or hustling. Comparing to other companies and to the service that he provides, his price point is the best. He provided us with a very safe, clean and comfortable vehicle to be with us during the trip from the moment they picked us up from the train station to dropping us off back to train station. The drivers Mr. Ramy and Mr. Abd El Noor were very friendly and safer during driveing around.
