Hello, I had serious issues with your tickets and with your services. You did not send any information about tickets provided to my Watsapp. I expected tickets received on my email as my email is my primary communication tool. I was forced to solve issues at the place in Pisa, which led to the fact that I was forced to buy other tickets. I have recievd your tickets on Watsapp but too late. I have missed the entrance to Pisa tower and I was not allowed to enter as I missed my time slot because of issues with your services and lack of important information, which you shall have sent to my email. It was terrible experience. I PAID for your tickets so I expected that I enjoy the trip without any actions from my side. Instead, I was forced to waste my time and my additional money to solve problems caused by you. !!! I request refund of tickets bought from you !!! Thanks and regards, Marek Hanuliak

We would like to clarify that tickets and all operational information have been sent as scheduled according to the methods specified during the booking process and are available through the channels indicated. We have not been unable to send the communications, which were sent 24 hours before the museum visit. Access slots are set by the website and cannot be changed or rescheduled in the event of late arrival. Therefore, there are no grounds for a refund. Be warned you must download the PDF or they will not let you in. My wallet does not work and we could not find the PDF option until we left

We had a very good guide Iwona. Even though our group had a language barrier because of the various people, she took her time and explained everything very detailed. We are very pleased with the experience and are very gratefull to had a guide such as Iwona who knows her way aroud the city of Florence. She even recommended us some really good places to eat, it was wonderfull! If we are ever back in Florence we are surely going on a different tour with Iwona.

We booked 3 experiences in Italy through Viator and all 3 were very poor. Rome - Coliseum - the guy showed up late & was not identifiable. Pisa - voucher Wallet nor PDF Voucher accepted. Had to repurchase. Florence- tickets sold for UFFIZI museum on a day when admission was FREE. Save your $$$ and avoid VIATOR.,

It’s about more than just the tower - but it’s worth seeing and climbing the tower if you do nothing else. It’s worth noting that you can’t take a bag into the tower, but there are storage facilities. The just wouldn’t be room in the tower for people to pass on the stairs. The area around the cathedral, which includes the tower, is beautifully presented, and gives the opportunity to see some lovely architecture and to experience some real history in a very walkable environment. The streets around the main area also have some really nice restaurants and gift shops, and there are other, less well known attractions, such as the botanical gardens just a stones throw away from the main area.
