Du anländer till vår ballonghamn, vi välkomnar dig med kaffe och kakor, ger dig en kort förklaring av dagens resplan och visar dig en säkerhetsvideo med instruktioner så att du kan njuta av din upplevelse ordentligt. Efteråt går vi till ballongen som ni ska flyga i; här kommer ni att ha tid att ta bilder innan ni avgår.
Du kommer att äta en utsökt frukost under en magnifik naturlig grotta, bestående av en typisk rätt från regionen i en avslappnad och bekväm atmosfär.
Vi får sedan en kort och intressant förklaring om Teotihuacan-kulturen. En guide kommer att förklara om obsidian och maguey-plantan, och du kommer att erbjudas en provsmakning av typiska regionala likörer som tequila, pulque och mezcal.
Du har upp till 1,5 timmar på dig att besöka den arkeologiska platsen Teotihuacan. Medan du flög luftballong fick du möjlighet att se pyramiderna ovanifrån, och nu kan du uppskatta deras enorma storlek från marken. (Entrébiljett ingår ej)
Vi återvänder till samma hotell eller plats där vi hämtade dig i Mexico City. Vi kan ändra platsen där vi lämnar av dig, men det är viktigt att du meddelar oss i förväg.

Upphämtningsplatser och tider
Om du bokade alternativet utan transport kommer vi att dela platsen för vår ballonghamn med dig en dag i förväg så att du kan ta dig dit på egen hand. Om du bokat med transport hämtar vi dig direkt på ditt hotell eller Airbnb i Mexico City. Upphämtningstiden är från 04:10 till 05:00 i Mexico City för att anlända till Teotihuacan klockan 06:00 enligt det första flygschemat. För det andra flygschemat är tiden från 06:00 till 06:30 i Mexico City för att anlända till Teotihuacan klockan 07:30. OBS: Kom ihåg att vi erbjuder reservationer i mån av tillgänglighet och alltid prioriterar att din upplevelse äger rum på den första flygtiden. Om det är hög efterfrågan kommer du att meddelas att din flygning kommer att äga rum i den andra flygslotten.

Extremely professional and easy landing!!!
Amazing experience, cannot recommend this enough. Every step of the way was professional. Our guide spoke perfect english and our driver, while he didn’t speak english, provided a very safe, comfortable, and accommodating ride. Our hot air balloon captain too was safe and very precise through the flight and landing. There was not a moment in the experience that my partner or I felt anything but excited and very comfortable. We did bot fly directly over the pyramids but were expecting that could be the case. It is a ballon so it’s flight path is in part subject to the wind. There are also many other flights that take place at the same time, so the airspace can get crowded. Any negative reviews for not going over the pyramids lack sense imo. We still had a wonderful flight and great views of the pyramids btw!!
We had a great experience with Gran Vuelo Teotihuacán. Everything was very well organized, and they were punctual from start to finish, which made the whole morning chill. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to answer any questions we had. The balloon flight itself was an unforgettable experience, and everything felt safe and professionally managed. Great tour group. Very efficient and excellent communication. I would absolutely use them again in the future. The breakfast was awesome in the cave, the balloon flight was great, and the pyramids were wonderful.
