It was a great trip, our guide Sol was very knowledgeable and gave us a great review of the history in the area as we drove over. The hike itself was good, he was very helpful when parts of the hike became tricky. And the oasis itself was so pretty!

Sol was absolutely incredible! The hike was beautiful with many swimming places along the way. The price was very reasonable for the length of hike, quality of the tour guide’s experience with the wildlife and nature as well as help in trickier parts.

We had a great time with Emilio on our hiking tour! He was very friendly and kind, helped us throughout the journey. Provided snacks and the lunch was really good too! He jumped from the top of the cliff too which was cool to watch.

Short hike on a well structured trail. Steep steps, but otherwise easy. Very hot. Water feels great. And the facilities at the Sol de Mayo are great, including bathroom, food, and animals to watch.

Luis was absolutely incredible. He was timely, informative, and fun. He made sure we had enough water during the experience and was happy to take plenty of pictures for us. Overall, it was a great experience. The tour itself was about 3 hours long and the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! I would definitely do it again!

The experience was great. Our driver was timely, informative, professional, and fun. While the hike itself was rather short, the waterfall itself was fun. We were told the best time to come see it is in November if you want the full experience. After that, we ate and the food was absolutely INCREDIBLE! You will leave satisfied and full!

An extraordinary experience from start to finish! Hiking in the Zorra Canyon offers beautiful landscapes and a great immersion in nature. The trail is relatively short, but some sections can be a bit difficult and require a minimum of attention. A huge thank you to our guide, Mauricio, who was exceptional throughout the excursion. Very friendly, attentive, and professional, he constantly ensured our safety, provided us with water and chocolate bars when necessary, and shared many exciting explanations about the wildlife, flora, and geology of the canyon. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the experience even more enriching. The stop at Del Mayo farm was also a true highlight. The meal was delicious, prepared with fresh and flavorful ingredients in an authentic and welcoming setting. We had a wonderful day of discovery and adventure. A perfectly organized excursion that we highly recommend to anyone wishing to discover a more natural and authentic side of Los Cabos. Luis was an excellent tour guide! We had a great time. Pickup was good, hiking was fun and not too hard, there were spots to take pictures, and the waterfall was beautiful and relaxing to swim near.

We don't talk about Hugo, no no. We actually enjoyed spending the day with Hugo as our guide on the Fox Canyon hike and waterfall. Hugo did a great job of handling the whole event from transportation to meeting everyone's needs and individualizing the experience for all on the tour. He showed us some extra spots we probably would not have noticed or found on our own. Hugo made sure everyone was doing well on trail and provided cold water while we were out and about. Lunch was great with more food than we could eat and a family style experience. Do be prepared for a bit of a drive to get to the nature reserve. Enjoyed the whole event throughly.

One of the things that makes this hike special is that it never feels like a rushed “tour.” The day naturally becomes more personal depending on the group, the pace, the weather, and all the little hidden spots along the trail that most visitors to Baja California Sur would never find on their own. Hugo is fantastic at reading the group and making sure everyone feels comfortable throughout the experience, whether that means slowing the pace a bit, pointing out extra areas around the canyon, or simply making sure everyone stays hydrated and enjoying themselves along the trail. That balance between adventure, safety, and relaxed local hospitality is exactly what we want our outdoor experiences in Los Cabos to feel like. And we completely agree about the lunch afterward. After hiking through the desert oasis and swimming beneath the waterfall, sitting down together for a big family-style meal with tacos, fresh salsas, and good conversation somehow becomes part of the experience itself.
