Our driver kept in contact with us and arrived on time for our late flight pickup from the airport. He sent a picture of his vehicle so we would know what to look for. Plus if you like a non-conversationalist, Henry is your man. Suited us fine as we were tired!

The ride was fine, but there was an upcharge to get picked up curbside, rather than at the Uber lot (which is far away, at LAX). And it's a "cash only" upcharge, if you know what I mean.

Good communication the day before as well as the day of the flight. Clean van. Fast pickup at curb. 9 adults plus luggage all traveled comfortably.

The car used to pick us up was raggedy every light on, check engine tire pressure light driver was reckless on highway

Our driver was very good about communicating with us prior to pickup so we knew where to be and when to expect him. We were very pleased with how smoothly he was able to get us from the airport to our destination. We always think of that portion of our trip as the most dangerous and stressful part, but he made it feel easy even after a long day of travel.
