Noelle was super. She told many interesting stories about the Hollywood Sign.
Noelle was excellent!! Loved the facts Voice volume was good and clear Kept the four moving with lots of great photos seemed like a professional!

Noelle was an amazing guide. She was enthusiastic and checked in with us often with what we wanted to see. Her facts were fascinating. She also was an expert at Instagram photos! We are happy we have nice photos to look back on.
Noelle is the best. This is a very beautiful walk with so much more than the Hollywood Sign. We weren’t sure if we wanted a guided tour or to go on our own, but I am SO glad we went with a guide because she was AWESOME and we saw quite a few people who didn’t book a tour looking lost on the trail. Noelle brought the experience to life and told so many amazing stories about Hollywood, celebrities, and even some crazy haunted stuff. She was hilarious (a comedian) and very patient because I have a bad knee, but she made me feel like a rock star and had water and sunscreen for everyone. She also takes very good photos and knew exactly where to stop for photos. I appreciate that she took breaks because it was HOT, and I saw another big group pass us without taking breaks and those folks did not look like they were having fun. We laughed the whole time and the whole family agreed this was the best thing we did in LA. Thanks Noelle and good luck with the comedy career.
Had a great hike to the Hollywood sign today! Heard many interesting facts from our guide Noelle in a very fun way! We enjoyed it. Thank you Noelle.
My tour guide was Noelle. It was a group of 5, me and 4 other ppl. At the start she seemed nice and chatty. As we started walking it seems like her more controlling bossy side started to show. She would go back and forth with the guys about how to take their pics, she wanted them to do stupid poses and they didnt want to seemed she was upset, one guy asked me to take a pic for his group and she snapped "let me take the pictures Im the professional" she's not a photographer and its HIS phone so he can let whoever he wants take his photo. She was a bit snappy during photos. Also the 90 min walk lasted 30 minutes. I inquired about the time, she said its including your walk back, which still wouldn't have been 90 minutes. I wouldnt do it again and also would not recommend it. There were plenty people who were walking by themselves, honestly you really dont need a guide. I guess theyre informative but if your just walking to enjoy the scenery you can do it alone for free.

You booked our shorter Express experience, advertised as approximately 90 minutes including the return walk. Noelle also invited you to continue with the group to the back of the Hollywood Sign at no additional charge, but you declined. As the guide, part of Noelle’s role is to lead the group, provide direction, and help guests capture memorable photos. She would have no reason to insist that only she could take someone’s photo, and that allegation is inconsistent with both her account and the extensive five-star feedback she regularly receives. We are sorry the experience did not meet your expectations. Please contact us directly so we can discuss what happened and work toward making things right.
Noelle was a wonderful guide! She was very friendly and pleasant, and we really appreciated her attention to the little extras, like bringing water and sunscreen for us. She took plenty of time to help us get some great photos and shared lots of interesting facts about the area, always with a fun and humorous touch. We did the hike with my mom, and it was just the two of us on the tour. The experience with Chris was incredible! He told us so many interesting things about LA, and we got to see some of the best views. We absolutely loved Chris’s great energy and how friendly and welcoming he was. He also took some amazing photos of us! 100% recommend this tour, and even more so if you get to do it with Chris! :)
