Great friendly efficient staff. Did a great guided tour last year and just rented bikes this year as we knew where we were going.
Jon showed us the city on an amazing 6-hour electric bike tour. Over the 60 km round trip, I learned so many fascinating facts about Los Angeles and got a great overview of its diverse neighborhoods. Jon is such an entertaining and engaging guide — I truly enjoyed every moment of the day! Thank you so much, Jon!
Did the LA bike tour w/ my 12 yo son. It was the best thing we did in LA, thanks to our guide for making it a great experience. Michael is an amazing guide and host. He has extensive knowledge of everything LA, Hollywood and beyond, and an excellent conversationalist. Michael showed us the most interesting sites we would've never seen otherwise, and with in depth background stories and info. If you're thinking about doing a bike tour, please make sure you take the electric bikes, "LA is flat" is a myth Lol. We would've been miserable if we opted for the regular bikes, and we ride regularly but it would just take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend Hikes & Bikes LA, especially with Michael for a guaranteed amazing experience.

The tour was amazing Michael was just equally as amazing as the tour was great to her guy very knowledgeable made the hike very easy my very first height with my family and definitely would do it again glad we came

Booked two bikes to hire in Santa Monica online, no dramas and very straight forward. They seem to be a parent company because we had to pick the bikes up from Unlimited Biking. Again no dramas, bikes were in good condition and a quality brand as oppose to some other bike rentals in the area for a similar price. All in all well recommend.

The customer service is excellent and very efficient. The bike was very easy to handle and felt extremely smooth.
Hikes and Bikes, Los Angeles tour is a great eco-friendly way to explore San Francisco. The bikes provided were comfortable and catered to individual needs. The group we were part of was lead by Micky who was cheerful, knowledgeable and a empathetic towards the needs and preferences of the group.
