We asked the Tootbus guide at the convent garden stop if the next bus would go to the London eye, and about his long it would take (he said 30min). We didn’t want to ride more than an hour because we had a time commitment. This info was totally inaccurate …it didn’t go to the south bank at all so we were left on a bus confused as to when to get off it. We ended up taking an uber after realizing we were in wrong direction. There’s no info on the bus as to what stop is next (they announce when u are there but you’d have to scramble to get off in time). Why not show that on a screen? No good maps of route to easily access. Bus was dirty on second level & one of our sound buttons wasn’t working, stressful experience overall!

Zero company to flee they take advantage of the strike of buses and subway not kind and ride very badly

Catastrophic! Harpooned in the street. Not speaking English very well, the Buckingham-based salesman sneakily tried to sell us a ride we didn't want for £98. We reacted in time to have it amended. We were not informed that the route was altered and significantly shortened due to demonstrations. We were not informed that the last bus was at 5.30pm, we caught it by chance. Comments to the audio guide are succinct and have little interest. Run away!

I was dissatisfied with this London tour for several reasons. First, we were not notified about redirected stops, which prevented a guest with limited mobility from accessing many historic sites. Due to road closures, our route was limited to traveling from Harrods to Buckingham Palace. Second, the tour offered minimal historical commentary, with music playing for most of the journey and little information provided about the locations. Third, the tour moved too quickly to allow for photographs. Given these concerns, I am considering disputing the charge. The only positive aspect was James at Buckingham Palace, who helpfully informed us about the closures. Ultimately, we had to end the tour early and arrange our own transportation back to the hotel. This experience did not justify the cost of over $200. I will NEVER recommend this tour company. I never do this, but I am considering disputing the charge due to this unsatisfactory experience.

Due to time, we only explored one and a half routes before needing to travel back home but it was an excellent way to see the city, maximise our time left and do a little shopping before we left. I would definitely do it again and hopefully complete all routes on another visit. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was great value for money.

No, the bus does not follow the route and we miss some attractions for example big Ben. No synchronization between comments and bus position.

A really good ride through the history and famous landmarks of London. Reliable service, however we got a bit cold at the end when it started to rain. A good route for Hop-on, Hop-off, however we stayed on for the majority of the route.
