Megan was our guide and Cameron was our driver. You will start at the bus companies waiting room. It's easy to find, large, air conditioned, and has a toilet. When boarding the bus, mind your head as the stairway and ceiling of the upper deck are very low. You'll be seated with your food trays ready to consume right in front of you on the table. In the summer there will be a fan on your table. The bus is air conditioned and anytime the bus was moving it worked great, when we were idling it didn't work as well. There is a sunroof in the middle of the upper deck, so if it's a sunny day expect to be in the sun. Food was really good. They are able to accommodate both gluten free and vegan dietary restrictions. Prosecco was good to. The tour company should look into a way for the champagne glasses to be easily held at the table to allow better photo access. We had a few others near us that were a bit grouchy when we tried to take photos on their side of the bus, even though we were extremely careful to ensure they were not in our photos. We had terrible gridlock traffic and ended up arriving back at the meeting point almost 30 minutes late. However, Megan went above and beyond when she knew we were running late to ensure everyone on board didn't have prior time obligations. Plus, Megan provided ice cold water in the beginning when everyone was hot. And the extra prosecco was greatly appreciated while waiting in traffic. I highly recommend this tour. We will absolutely use this company to book future tours!
We have had a fabulous time on our PG Tips Tour. Although we have visited London many times before, we learnt even more wonderful facts with our fabulous guide Megan. Cameron, our driver, drove very carefully so not a spot of tea was spilt! The staff were very attentive and we couldn’t have wished for a nicer afternoon with friends. We would definitely recommend.
James was an excellent tour guide. We learned so much about the history of the city and it was a great way to get acquainted with London as first time visitors. The food and tea were delightful as well.
