För resenärer som bor på Giliöarna är upphämtnings- eller avlämningsplatsen vid respektive öhamn (Gili Trawangan Port, Gili Air Port eller Gili Meno Port), beroende på den valda rutten. Hämtning och avlämning på hotell ingår ej. Resenärer ansvarar för att ordna transport mellan hamnen och sitt hotell.

Everything was good. Our driver, Tanu, was very friendly and it felt like the 1.5hr car ride passed by quickly. The transition to Princess Speedboat was seamless as well 👍🏻 that helped us to arrive and check into our accomoda.tions earlier than expected
Honestly I have been very pleased with them. Booked everything online beforehand. Their communication is absolutely amazing. They know what they’re doing and were professional throughout. I had last minute changes which they accommodated for and even caught a private boat at 4am in the morning as well as private driver and they were communicating with me every step of the way. I would 100% recommend people to book transport around Lombok/Gili islands with them.

Perfect private transfer. Excellent service. Comfortable car and fast speedboat.
Our private driver Adi was the best! He was very kind, accommodating, and wonderful all around. We loved him. We enjoyed the boat ride, it was very fast, however, the boat crew was not very kind. Maybe he was having a bad day, but could have been nicer. We were running a little late to the port because of some medical complications in the morning, but ultimately we were about 3-4 minutes late and he was yelling at us and in a bad mood the entire boat ride. Brother couldn’t even crack a smile. The customer service was very communicative and accommodating before, throughout, and after the trip which was very helpful.
Very easy and well organised. It is a little expensive but more than made up for it in lack of hassle. The driver met us at the airport, gave us a terrific commentary of the surrounds on the way to the harbour, and located our private boat for us. Too easy.
We book very last minute, late in the afternoon, for a 7pm transfer from Lombok to Gili Air. The process was seamless and very smooth. I highly recommended this transfer company and would book again.

The communication and experience was excellent. Everything was arranged and the team went out of their way to ensure a great experience. We were picked up from Lombok airport where we meet our driver at the time and allocation specified driven to the port where the boat captain meet us and transported to Gilli Air at 7pm at night. We were then picked up at 4am in the morning at transported back. This service is exceptional and I would encourage others to use it.
