Great experience!! Stelios is amazing and very knowledgeable! He’s very patient and he gives you the best advice for what’s best you! He goes above and beyond and it a very good photographer. Love the fact that you can customize your tour and the time for each part. I really recommend it!
Skipping the cable car line in this way was a definite plus! Joanna was an amazing guide. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to provide a personal experience for each participant. The tender from old port to new port then the mini van ride was very comfortable beginning to end.
We booked this tour specifically for the boat transfers, Black Sand Beach, and guided small-group experience. Our cruise tender was delayed because it couldn’t dock, and we arrived only a few minutes late due to circumstances completely outside our control. The operator had us join another group, but we missed the boat transfer and Black Sand Beach entirely. We were then left on our own in Oia from about 12:20 until 2:55, so we did not receive a guided tour for a large part of the day. This was very different from the itinerary we paid for. If timing is so critical for cruise passengers, the meeting time should include a buffer for unpredictable tender operations, or at least a short grace period. We were traveling with both a senior and a child and did everything possible to arrive as quickly as we could. Most disappointing was that both the operator and Viator refused any partial refund, even though significant portions of the advertised experience were not delivered. I booked through Viator because I trusted they would stand behind the experiences sold on their platform when a local operator fell short. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Would I recommend this tour? Only if you’re staying on Santorini. I would not recommend it for cruise passengers because even a minor tender delay beyond your control can result in missing major parts of the tour with no compensation.

Due to your cruise ship's very limited time in Santorini, our tour had to depart promptly to ensure that guests who arrived on time could enjoy the full itinerary. For this reason, our booking instructions recommend arranging an early tender. On the day of your tour, all other guests arrived on time, so the tour departed as scheduled. When we learned that you would be delayed, we stayed in contact with you and worked to find the best possible solution. We offered transportation so you could rejoin your original tour, but you chose to join one of our alternative 3-hour tours instead. Before you made your decision, our team clearly explained that the itinerary would be different. To make your visit as smooth as possible, we also arranged a boat transfer back to the port to help ensure you returned to your cruise ship on time. After your tour, you requested a refund, which we were unable to approve, as we had provided both an alternative tour and additional assistance throughout the day. We are therefore sorry that your review does not reflect the efforts our team made to assist you and ensure you could still enjoy your time in Santorini. For the short amount of time we were at Santorini, we got a good taste of it. The tour guide was knowledgeable.
Our guide Georgina was amazing! She was very professional and friendly, took good care of everyone. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
Zeus was a great guide, learned tons about Greece and Santorini. We had a whole day of sightseeing and felt like we saw all the things we set to see in a one day cruise excursion. Only downside is the boat transfer did save us the cable car line, but we stay in lines for boats. So not sure if we truly saved time or not.

Guide was very knowledgeable and attentive. Santorini came alive to us. The beauty of the island was explained wonderfully.

We had a great tour with the tour guide Marketta. She was very friendly, helpful and fun. She took us to some beautiful scenic sites and we learned a lot about Santorini. We had lunch at Black Beach and were able to dip in the water for a bit. The guide and driver were great and the van was clean and comfortable. We had elderly people in our group and the tour was very accommodating and physically easy. I highly recommend this tour.
Our host was Alex, great hostess informative and made sure we had a great time. Saw a lot of the villages and got a chance to relax on the beach. Def recommend!
