We enjoyed our tour with Fabs. She took us to areas of the city we had not gone to before and we learned a lot about Puerto Rico.
What could she have done better to earn that 5th star?
Tour guide was a no show. We waited for an hour but decided to head off after that. I thought at least an email would've been good.
We were on the phone with you and explained the situation about the guide in the hospital. It is unfortunate that you spent an hour in the area but you knew that the tour was not going to take place. We were very professional with you and I was shocked to see that you went to the extent of leaving a 1 star review.
Fabiola was very knowledgeable, patient, and had excellent hospitality. I enjoyed Fabiola telling the history of Puerto Rico We will look to book her next time.
My tour guide was Fabiola and she was amazing! She explained the history of San Juan & Puerto Rico so well. She cared to ask us questions, give us tips, and recommendations of food, from breakfast to desert. I could tell she had a passion for her history and loved to share the stories and historical moments of Puerto Rico’s people. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends! I will be back and hoping to get her as my guide again!
This walking tour was easily paced for middle aged people like myself it wasn’t too fast and enjoyable. The tour leader was very friendly and knowledgeable of the history of the country. She answered questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Very enjoyable!!

Fabiola was was an amazing guide! She taught us so much history about Old San Juan on our walking tour. You can tell she loves her job. I would definitely recommend taking this tour, we went to Old San Juan last year but just walked around on our own and did not see 1/4 of what she was able to show us.
Fabiola is amazing. Her passion for her culture shines through with her touring. She was very informative and even carries a binder with photos to help her with visual aids. Fabiola was very accommodating to 2 of our older people in taking time with the walk. 10/10 with Fabiola.
