We got a great overview of the Lisbon’s history and a sense of the important areas in this beautiful city. Our guide Walter shared great information through wonderful story telling. He was friendly and personable and answered all of our questions. We are only here for one day otherwise I would ask him to give us another tour tomorrow!

We had a wonderful experience with Hi Lisbon Walking Tours on 14 May! It was a fantastic way to explore the beautiful city of Lisboa while learning about its rich history, culture, and hidden gems. The tour started right on time, and our guide, Tiago, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very organized throughout the tour. We were truly shocked and fascinated to hear about the rich and dramatic history of Lisbon, and Tiago shared many interesting stories and local insights that made the city come alive for us. We also really appreciated that he thoughtfully prepared a list of restaurants and cafés for us to visit during our free time, which made exploring Lisbon even more enjoyable. Despite all the famous uphills and downhills of the city of seven hills, the tour was fun, relaxed, and well-paced. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Lisboa beyond the usual tourist spots!

Walter was passionate, informative and interesting. His knowledge of Lisbon and the stories of the city and its history and architecture were excellent. We’re a family of 4, including 2 teenagers, and all thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks too to Walter for the list of recommendations at the end.

We joined a walking tour of Lisbon today. The tour was one of the most informative that we have done. Walter was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Lisbon. Great group size and we walked flat areas only, so excellent for people who prefer not to walk the hills. Highly recommended! Thanks Walter.
