Vi är Rita och Pedro, teamet bakom Salty Boat Tours och vi vill välkomna dig ombord på vår båt, där vi faktiskt bor! Rita - lagets sjöman. Brinner för navigation och livet till sjöss Pedro – berättaren som kommer att dela med sig av lokala berättelser och fascinerande fakta om Lissabon, floden Tejo och de landmärken du kommer att se längs vägen Förutom att visa Lissabon från vattnet bjuder vi in våra gäster ombord på vårt hem för en genuin, avslappnad och oförglömlig upplevelse. Vi vill att alla ska njuta av skönheten i Tejo och lämna med underbara minnen. När vi seglar njuter du av en fantastisk utsikt över Lissabons vatten, känner vinden i seglen och upplever staden långt från folkmassorna. Vi kommer att visa dig de mest ikoniska monumenten (Kristus kungen, Tower of Belem, Monument of the Discoveries, bland andra) och berätta historien bakom dem. När vi kryssar i floden kommer vi att ge dig Portugisiska grönt / vitt / rosenvin och öl. Vi ser fram emot att träffa dig!

Denna slående hängbro, som invigdes 1966, döptes ursprungligen efter diktatorn Salazar men döptes om efter Nejlikerevolutionen 1974. Den påminner om San Franciscos Golden Gate Bridge och delar både sin internationella orange färg och designinspiration, byggd av samma amerikanska företag.
Praça do Comércio, som också lokalt kallas Terreiro do Paço, har utsikt över floden Tejo och är ett av Lissabons mest ikoniska torg. Byggdes om efter den förödande jordbävningen 1755, och blev centrum för stadens Pombaline Downtown. Sedan 1800-talet har den hyst flera Portugisiska regeringsdepartement
Slottet São Jorge dominerar en av Lissabons kullar och har fungerat som kungligt residens, militärt fäste och arkiv under århundradena. Vid dess bas ligger Alfama, Lissabons äldsta kvarter, som överlevde jordbävningen 1755 i stort sett intakt. Närliggande Mouraria, en gång hem för Lissabons muslimska befolkning efter den kristna återerövringen, är en levande stadsdel rik på historia och tradition
Uppflugen i Almada på andra sidan floden inspirerades det höga Cristo Rei-monumentet av Kristus Frälsaren-statyn i Rio de Janeiro. Med öppna armar mot Lissabon fungerar den som en kraftfull symbol för tro och fred.
Upptäckternas monument är ett monument på norra stranden av floden Tejos mynning, i den civila församlingen Santa Maria de Belém, Lissabon. Beläget längs floden där fartyg avgick för att utforska och handla med Indien och Orienten, firar monumentet den Portugisiska upptäcktsresandens tidsålder (eller "utforskningens tidsålder") under 1400- och 1500-talen
Belém Tower, officiellt Tower of Saint Vincent är en 1500-talsfästning belägen i Lissabon som fungerade som en plats för ombordstigning och landstigning för Portugisiska upptäcktsresande och som en ceremoniell port till Lissabon

I booked last minute, but this was exactly what I was looking for in a small-group sunset boat tour. There were only 7 of us on board (plus the crew), which made the sailboat feel intimate and comfortable. The operators did a phenomenal job—they were incredibly friendly, hospitable, and shared great facts as we sailed past Lisbon's landmarks. They even provided cushions so everyone could get comfortable in various seating configurations across the boat. Best of all, they offered a wonderful variety of wines, including their own taste-tested vinho verde. It was so good that I tried (and failed!) to find it in local supermarkets afterward—I would honestly book this tour again just for another glass. I highly recommend this operator for anyone looking for a relaxing sunset sailing experience in Lisbon!

We love going on boat trips when on holiday, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had! Small group, lovely relaxed music, very informative about the sites and we were offered drinks throughout the entire trip! Absolutely would recommend! Rita and Pedro are both lovely!

We had two lovely ladies drive the boat for us serving us beer and giving us history lessons on the landmarks they even gave me time behind the wheel of course while watching me. The experience was awesome cruising sunsets and drinking booze would definitely do this again

Rita & Pedro were wonderful hosts! They warmly welcomed us on the sailboat an gave our 2 year old a chance to steer the boat. Beautiful views, calm water, historic landmarks along the way, and our drinks were always full. We highly recommend!

This sunset sailboat tour was amazing! Both guides were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They thoroughly explained the safety procedures and helped everyone find comfortable seating on board. Throughout the sail, they shared interesting history and facts about the notable landmarks and structures we passed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They also went above and beyond with their service, ensuring our drinks were always taken care of and checking in on guests throughout the trip. As an added touch, they even offered blankets to keep us warm when the breeze picked up. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made for a memorable and relaxing evening on the water. Highly recommend!
